Dead battery The service department was very helpful when I brought my vehicle in with a battery issue. They took the vehicle immediately to their quick diagnosti The service department was very helpful when I brought my vehicle in with a battery issue. They took the vehicle immediately to their quick diagnostic center even though I was a walk in. They informed me that it could take about 45 minutes to determine the problem. I provided my contact info and left the vehicle with them. About 45 minutes later they called to tell me they had replaced the battery under warranty and it was ready for pickup. When I arrived Lauren, the service advisor, greeted me and had me sign the paperwork and I was on my way. More
