Every time i go in i'm met with a smile and the employees there are more then happy to help. I broke down on the side of the road one day and they actually came and helped me instead of just calling a tow tr there are more then happy to help. Service department charged me $280 dollars to correct problems associated with a defective battery. I was getting my oil changed (not at dealer)when mechanic showed me that my battery was leaking ac problems associated with a defective battery. I was getting my oil changed (not at dealer)when mechanic showed me that my battery was leaking acid and caving in on the top. Mechanic said that the battery could explode any minute and recommended that I replace the battery immediately. Left the oil change shop and went to an Auto Zone. As soon as the Auto Zone employee saw the battery he said the same thing as the oil change folks...except he recommended that I take it back to the dealership since the battery was clearly defective and the car was practically still new. Took car to dealership next day. They basically said that it was my fault for not bringing in the car for routine inspections at desiginated milage intervals. Said that the battery was no longer under warranty and refused to acknowledge that the battery was DEFECTIVE and could possibly explode. Servive department had no concern for the safety of my family. Their only concern was xxxxxx me to get as many $$$ as they could. I will not go back. More
