My car was sta Reid Clifton was very understanding & easy to work with. As a woman, it can be hard to trust a dealership's judgement for car service. My car was stalling while in motion and they told me that I had a failed transmission. I felt like I was getting the run around because they wanted to charge me for the service that should have been covered under warranty. After a while of working through some things, they told me that it actually was covered! What I appreciated from Reid is that he communicated with me and answered all my questions. He got me a rental and I was out the door until my car is finished. I also want to recognize Tim Kendrick. He was very pleasant to get to know on the way to pick up my rental. He put all my bags and suitcases from my car into the van and the rental. He also opened doors and was overall kind. He had a great sense of humor as well. I appreciated the experience from both of these men. Thank you for your service! More

The worst service dept in the country, im sure! This experience with them has disgusted me so much that I wouldn't even go purchase a key battery from them if I had to! My car was having problems an This experience with them has disgusted me so much that I wouldn't even go purchase a key battery from them if I had to! My car was having problems and I took it there to be looked at. They did absolutely nothing to my car and charged me $149 to do nothing! When asked to present the results from the diagnostic test that was allegedly done on the vehicle they could not produce the documents. On multiple occasions the service manager John was asked for these documents but he's one of the biggest morons to walk this earth and had an excuse each time as into why it wasn't available. They are a bad representation of Nissan as a whole! Taking people's money and doing no work! I wouldn't lead my worst enemy in their direction! More
