Fast Friendly Service My experience in the service dept is always a great experience. Tim Kendrick’s is always courteous and friendly when I bring my cars to get serviced. If I have to drop a vehicle off he has always been that go to gentleman to get me to work and return to pick me up. Only concerned about getting a good customer review I've been going to Five Star Nissan for a few years, however this last time I was treated so bad that I'll never go back to this location again. My la I've been going to Five Star Nissan for a few years, however this last time I was treated so bad that I'll never go back to this location again. My last 3 cars have been Nissan Altima. I went to Five Star Nissan of Warner Robins for the maintenance on my car. I had an oil change and tire rotation done and my car cleaned. After they were done with my car I brought up to my technician that the carpet in my car was coming apart on the drivers side and I haven't even had it a year. So, the technician checked and told me I was going to have to pay $1,200 to have it repaired. I told the tech that I didn't think that was right and she said there was nothing they could do. I then said, well I do the customer survey I'll bring that to Nissan's attention about how I'm dissatisfied with the carpet not being replaced, I then asked to speak to the manager. The manager came out to talk to me and pretty much chastised me about giving a bad review. I explained to him that I wasn't going to give a bad rating to the questions that will be asked but I'd had the right to bring up the carpet situation. He basically kept talking about the survey and how I shouldn't do that and that I shouldn't be threatening to give a bad review and that basically I didn't have a right to do that just because I wasn't happy about the carpet. I again said that I would answer the survey honestly and let someone know about the carpet. He took pictures of the carpet and was supposed to reach out to Nissan and get back to me. However, the only contact that I've had from Nissan since going there on 8/15/18 was text messages stating how they can improve their service. I never heard back from the manager. I was so angry and mad at how I was treated that it made never want to go back to this Nissan dealer again. All they care about is getting high google and Nissan reviews. I was even pressured into giving a high rating and answering the questions for the survey to what they suggested when I bought my 2017 Nissan Altima, so that they wouldn't get a bad standing with Nissan and bad reviews. I did so because I liked my sales representative and I didn't want him to get in trouble with his job. I believe that all they really care about is getting 5 star reviews and 10 star ratings from Nissan. If I didn't have my Nissan Altima I wouldn't do business at any Nissan dealer. My next car will definitely not be a Nissan and I definitely won't be back to the Five Star Nissan in Warner Robins, GA. More
Best of the best! Our sales guy is Jodie Eakins and our service guy is Marcus Hampton. Those are THE ONLY 2 I work with. Though the rest of the staff are very nice, the Our sales guy is Jodie Eakins and our service guy is Marcus Hampton. Those are THE ONLY 2 I work with. Though the rest of the staff are very nice, these 2 are the best. They ALWAYS make sure I'm taken care of. They're TOP NOTCH! I highly recommend these 2. If you need a new car, talk to Jodie (he works magic). If you need your car done right, get with Marcus. He will make sure it's done right the first time! I love these guys! Horrible!! So my sister Taylor bought her 2013 Nissan Maxima back in October 2016 and the deal that Five Star Nissan on 96 in Bonaire Ga gave them was that they So my sister Taylor bought her 2013 Nissan Maxima back in October 2016 and the deal that Five Star Nissan on 96 in Bonaire Ga gave them was that they would fix the peeling clear coat on her bumper. Well a few weeks ago it was brought to my attention that her clear coat was peeling again and now there was a tape mark on her front fender. I told my dad that I would take it up and ask about having them correct he paint job that had initially said they "fixed". The first guy I initially spoke with was super nice and after I explained what was going on he was happy to go get a manager for me. Then a few moment later an older man came out and asked me to come have a seat at a desk. I told him no thank you that I sit all day at work and I wanted to enjoy standing while I could. He said "no sit down!" So I sat down kind of shocked at the way this man is starting this conversation he then proceeded to tell me that they were not going to paint this car that they had already fixed that part and it was no longer on them. I bluntly looked at home and said "yes sir you are going to fix it due to it being your mess up. Had the car been painted correctly the first time y'all "fixed it" I wouldn't be in here again 8 months later." He then told me they are just going to sand that same spot down again and touch it up like they did they first time but it would start peeling again in 8 months!" At this point I am starting to get fuming mad!! I said well then I will be back again in 8 months for you to fix it AGAIN!! He then proceeded to tell me they were not fixing it again after this!!" I said when we bought the car you agreed to repainted the bumper due to the clear coat peeling and when we got the car back it had over spray on the front fender now due to a bad paint just b and the clear coat is peeling again that sounds like a bad paint job on your part The man then looks at me and asks me "what do you even know about painting cars? We have one of the best painters out here and it is as simple as touching up that small spot?!" I looked back at home and stated "because I am a woman does not mean I am as illiterate as you seem to be I then proceeded to go through the steps of how the bumper should have been painted!" He got up and said he would be right back. And I told him while your going find out about a rental because I am leaving this car to be fixed. Once again with an attitude he looked at me and chuckled and said " you aren't the titled owner you aren't getting the rental and even if you were this won't take but 30 minutes to touch up and fix!" I stood up and simple my stated the xxxx it would. If they wouldn't fix it right I would bring the keys and the car back and they could cancel the financing on it. I walked outside to speak with my dad on the matter going on (the titles owner) and could not get him on the phone so I walked back inside and spoke with the lady at the customer service counter (by the way she was also super super sweet) I told her I couldn't wait there any longer for the paint guy to arrive because I had to get to work was there anyway I could get his number so I could set up a time to bring the car back up there to him. She tried to find the number for me through some salesman.......mean while I look up and here comes this hateful man again and he screamed "what do you want now!!" And I simply stated "I wanted you to get out of my face!!" I left that dealership and called my dad once again. When he called up there upset with the way they treated me. He asked for his original salesman and a guy got on the phone pretending to be him when my father asked for management they hung up the phone. Never ever will I step foot back on Five Star Nissans property again. This simply boils down to how you treat and talk to customers. We could have sat and talked rat****RANT*** Sorry it's long but worth the read!! Please feel free to share!ionally like adults but he belittled me as a woman and Waste of time!! More
