What a day!!! My husband and I were so happy to walk into this location. We knew exactly what we wanted and it happened!!! I love my 2008 Buick Enclave. The car wasn't the best thing out of this deal, it was our salesman. Kimiai Trueheart was AWESOME!!! He was a God sent:) He made sure we were happy with the car even if it wasn't our first choice. I fell in love after the first test drive. My mother loves him too. She is happy with her selection as well. We will be back in a few years. More
Stay Away So, I went to Fivestar to see about a used 2007 Tahoe. Started out working with Jodie but had to be passed over to a few other people due to prior eng So, I went to Fivestar to see about a used 2007 Tahoe. Started out working with Jodie but had to be passed over to a few other people due to prior engagements. I looked over the Tahoe and pointed out a few issues I saw to which they said would be taken care of. I went on to ask about the vehicle if everything function as it should, if anything was wrong with it, does it leak oil? All to which I was told everything worked, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it and it doesn’t leak oil. So it all seemed to be going great and I purchased the Tahoe. Granted it took me forever to get out of there because their paperwork skills are severely lacking and got messed up multiple times due to the wrong info being on it. Too bad it didn’t stay great when I left. Shortly after, I found oil under the bottom of it, the cruise control didn’t work, one of the DVD screens didn’t function and the CD player would only read half the disc. They finally replaced the pulleys that were squealing but in the end the alternator was contributing to it too which I had to fight about to get them to replace. They sent it to Fivestar Chevy for diagnostics and they replaced the alternator. Too bad that wasn’t what was squealing. They refused to fix any of these things that they said all worked completely fine. I didn’t pay almost $21K for a vehicle that didn’t work; at least that wasn’t my plan. Jodie himself is awesome and has been trying to get them to fix the stuff but in the end it isn’t his call. The rest of them though, well, what can I say Fivestar gets a ONE star from me and I will not return and would recommend anyone that lives in this area to stay away. There are better dealers out there that will not lie and cheat you. They even reset the oil life monitor and said they changed it but the oil was black. My overall experience was very poor. It has now been almost 30 days and still cannot register the vehicle because they didn’t ensure the previous owner signed the title work as it should have been done. More

After getting the lowest guaranteed price from Ki My husband had called around several Nissan dealers in the Macon / Warner Robins area on a Saturday. After getting the lowest guaranteed price from Kimiai Truheart at Five Star Nissan, he invited us to come in late Saturday evening. Even after a very long and busy day, he was very friendly and patient. We signed our paper work and ordered our car. He was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable about the Nissan Rogue that we were to purchase. We received a loner car, which we didn't have to beg for , and I appreciate that immensely. We got our car on Wednesday and again we're very pleased with the ease and timing of our transaction. We were in and out in an hour. Our car was detailed, and filled with gas. We were introduced to the service manager and given two free oil changes. Never, has buying a car been this pleasant. I love my 2014 Nissan Rogue , I was very particular about what I wanted, and didn't get talked into something I didn't want, just because it was on the lot. I have been looking on the internet for a car for many months. I did not want to buy from a dealer because of my last dealings 25 years ago was really bad. So, I bought from private sellers. But in my search I found a 2003 Nissan Altima from Five Star. It had only 70,000+/- miles and I reseached Nissan's reliabiliy. It had good ratings. So, I emailed jodie and made arrangements to see the car. I drove 160 to meet Jodie, he explained that there were "clearcoat issues." He took me over to the vender that was going to paint the car. I inspected the car and there were a few issues but I felt I could live with a few of them but it had to be mechanically sound and it needed to be painted. The vender pointed to a black truck that looked new and said that "it will look like that and last for years." I was impressed and traded my old car in for the Altima. That was June 30. Five star gave me a loan for a week. They delivered the vehicle on Friday. The person who delivered the car said the check engine light came on on the way. Also, the paint did not seem right. I called Jodie and he said he needed to get the car back. I told him about the paint job and I agreed to bring it back. I got a new loaner. and kept it for 2 weeks. I returned the third time and look at the vehicle and it looked like they had just tried buffing it out. There was no paint in areas. So, Jodie goes and gets the vender and walks away as if Five Star had nothing to do with it. I had to pitch a fit in the parking lot. The General manager came to me and insisted that they would paint the car in a paint booth at five star. I told the general manager that Jodie said they would do the second time. But how do you paint a car without a paint booth? This sounded fishy. So, again I was given a loan and kept the loaner for 3 weeks. Jodie called me on a Wednesday and said they were bringing the car. It did not show up. Thursday Jodie called and let me know that they had to put an alternater on it and said that was why the check engine light came on. You would think that they would have checked that in the three weeks they had the car, not on the last day. Finally they brought me my car. I bought it on June 30, and August 11 I recieved it. I did have it one week during that time before returning it. So, I inspect the car and the paint job. It did not look like something you would expect a dealership of painting. This is a 200 dollar paint job at best. also, there idea of detailing a car is a wash job and vacuuming. I am now detailing the car myself. Because of how this ordeal went, I now do not trust this car. They got me good and played the game their way. There is more about this ordeal but I won't go into it. I will say that I may have made a big mistake trusting these guys and buying this car. They got their money and I got this thing. If you do business with them, insist on dealing with only the General manager, don't accept the first offer, and get a much longer warranty that covers most if not all parts of the car new or used. If they are unwilling to agree, walk away. I should have done that. Going back to a dealership was my mistake and I may pay a big price for it. It will be another 25 years before I buy a car from a dealership. More
