BAIT AND SWITCH I set up an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Although the vehicle was not in stock, Lauren assured me that it would be at the store by 3:00 and th I set up an appointment to test drive a vehicle. Although the vehicle was not in stock, Lauren assured me that it would be at the store by 3:00 and that I needed to see Billy when I arrived. I met Billy and he acted like he knew nothing about me coming in. He took me to his office and started looking through the computer for the vehicle. He did not even know which one I was there to test drive. When I asked him if the vehicle had arrived, he told me that "Unfortunately, it is late." He said that he had plenty of other vehicles he could show me, though. BAIT AND SWITCH!!! More

I am a hard sell and m I bought a 2015 Murano in May, 2015 at Fivestar Nissian in Warner Robins, GA. My experience with the dealer was all positive. I am a hard sell and make them work for my business. It took all day but my salesman (Justin) and the Sales Manager (Don Johnson) put up with me and kept working until they got to the deal I was looking for. I found them much more willing to work with me then other dealers in this area. Thanks Guys More

sucked New Hoang was my sales person. She was great. I had just gotten over a broken leg so I wasn't walking very fast. She walked my speed the whole time I New Hoang was my sales person. She knew that i right not buy on that day but still treated me with respect. The loan person, I think his name was Don, is why I rated five star a 2. He was very pushy. Said I was wasting his time. Showed me car I know I couldn't afford and then wouldn't tell me the price. Wouldn't leave me alone when I told him I had to think about it. I would go back to five star for Nee but nothing else. I have no idea who Jodie is. I didn't work with her at all. It wouldn't let me go on unless I picked someone More

Wednesday I went in to talk with Mr. Grady Williams the best salesman you would come across , I felt so comfortable and certified . One thing I like about him is he did what he said most of all kept his word with me the entire time and got me something with very low miles and excellent gas mileage .
