My car was stalling while in motion and they told me that I had a failed transmission. I felt like I was getting the run around because they wanted to charge me for the service that should have been covered under warranty. After a while of working through some things, they told me that it actually was covered! What I appreciated from Reid is that he communicated with me and answered all my questions. He got me a rental and I was out the door until my car is finished. I also want to recognize Tim Kendrick. He was very pleasant to get to know on the way to pick up my rental. He put all my bags and suitcases from my car into the van and the rental. He also opened doors and was overall kind. He had a great sense of humor as well. I appreciated the experience from both of these men. Thank you for your service! More

I wanted a specific payment and I also had a sick baby at home. I had already spoken with several dealerships on different cars when Ryan called me about a car he had on his lot. It wasn't even on the list of cars I was looking at, but it fit the bill perfectly! When he told me about the 2015 Hyundai Genesis, I looked it up and fell in love... when he told me that Melissa would come and pick up the 2nd car for me I was pleasantly surprised... but when he said that Melissa would actually bring the Genesis and loan paperwork to my house because of my sick baby, it blew me away! The car is amazing, but the customer service is really outstanding! Melissa and Ryan have made what is usually a long drawn out process easy and painless. They worked really hard to get the deal done and get the payment right where I needed it to be. I can't imagine trading in this car because I love it so much, but if and when the time comes that I do, you can be that I won't be going anywhere else. Melissa and Ryan have earned a lifelong customer! Thanks guys!!! More

No offense but I detest to haggle with a car sales person over the price & warranty and any other pros or cons that may come up. I knew exactly what I wanted I priced my 2012 Maxima on Kelly Blue Book and researched the carfax report. Melissa was great she checked the car out for me & assured me it was very clean with no smoke smell. She got all my information via text we finalized the deal & she even had the car delivered to me that night, at my house, talk about service! This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had, I will be recommending 5 Star & Melissa Harris to all My Friends & Family!!! More
Mislead and belittled when trying to address the situation I went to purchase a car Wednesday. They did not have what I was looking for on the lot, but could find it and they would certify the car. If the car was not was led to believe I would not have to take it. A full cpo inspection would be done prior to me getting the car. That didn't happen. I picked up the car Thursday night. It had two tears in the upholstery. Didn't expect perfection, as it was a 2015 with approximately 14000 miles. The very next day I discovered the back right window did not work, nor did the back overhead lights. I took the car back immediately, this is less than 24 hours. They told me then that the cpo inspection had not been done as it should have, apologized and assured me a full inspection would happen. They had to order parts so they gave me my car back and would fix the problems once the parts came in. The very next day the other back window stopped working. This was late saturday. They are closed on Sunday so I took it back as soon as they opened today, monday. I told them the newest problem and that I wanted out of the car. I no longer trust this car, the problems it is showing, nor the inspection given. Noone told me about a single problem. I had to tell them. I ended up speaking with a manager by the name of Art, possibly the rudest and most condescending person I have met as a customer. He told me I could not get out of that car and into another one unless I paid. He said he has already paid 1200 for something they did to the car and HE was not going to lose the money. So I have a 21000 car that I cannot get out of and will have to continue to bring it in for repairs. My intentions of buying a 1 year old, low mileage car that is supposedly cpo was to not have to have repairs the first few months, much less the first day. He told me I should have known better than to go into a deal with a car that was not on their lot. I would agree IF I fad not been told by them that if the inspection showed problems I would not have to take the car. The full inspection had not been done or if it had, they failed to disclose the problems. Why would they expect someone to be okay with buying a one year old car where the back windows don't work. I am so worried this is just the beginning and problems will continue coming up. Gary Glor and Don Johnson were very nice but it doesn't matter when their management is non receptive to owning their responsibilities to their customers. Don't go there. Management does not stand by what is.being told to their customers. Their supposed 1200 service is much more important. More

I contacted Five Star about the purchase of a 2011 Dodge Challenger that i found online. I was contacted by Casey McCaskill about this car. I made an appointment to drive to Warner Robins to test drive and perhaps purchase this car. I drove down and found out that the car had been sold 2 weeks earlier. I was lied to just to get me on the lot. Being that i was already there i did look around and found a car i liked. We did the paperwork and i was going to drive the car home that evening, and leave my Jeep because i did not have a driver with me. and I had to come back the next day to pick up my Jeep. After doing the paperwork and getting ready to go, I was told i could not drive the car so I drove my Jeep and came back the next day with driver to pick up the car. I finished what i had to do and got ready to go and was told there was only one key to the car. Casey said he would contact the previous owner to see if he still had the other key. So i agreed and took the car. Well again Casey contacted me stating that he had the other key and would mail it. Did not happen. Contacted him again and he stated that he would mail it Monday. This was back on 4/26, I still have not received the key. I have been Lied to from the minute i contacted Five Star Nissan. Now I have had enough. I am going to post this experience every opportunity I get. I am totally disgusted with the way i have been treated. More
