Wonderful experience! I can not say enough good stuff about Five Star Nissan of Warner Robins! I started the process by reaching out through email and had great reply’s from Stacey who I believe works on all the internet stuff. She was super with quick reply’s and great at communicating myneeds and wants and what was available to us! It truly is a special dealership! Every person we met was wonderful. Don Johnston was our sales guy and was a delight to work with! He kept his word though out our deal and also afterwards by following up with my husband and I. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and took his time with us! Mario is in charge at the dealership I believe the GM. He is a delightful young man that my husband and I greatly appreciated and quickly respected! He was very easy to deal with and so personable. I seriously wanted to be his friend when we left. He seems to be a great leader for the dealership with a lot of heart in the game! We really enjoyed dealjng with Mario! Kimiai I believe was the gentleman that was available to explain all of our new vehicle’s features! He was super sweet and very prompt! Our finance guys name was also Don and he was super and kept us laughing! The dealership was great! My husband and I actually traded and bought 2 new vehicles on the same day!!! It was a great experience! Oh and we drove 2 hours both ways and would do it again! The service was worth it!!!Really it is a special place! More

Happy Customer Recently, my husband and I purchased a 2018 Nissan Altima at Five Star Nissan in Warner Robins, GA. Our salesperson was Kimea Trueheart and the manage Recently, my husband and I purchased a 2018 Nissan Altima at Five Star Nissan in Warner Robins, GA. Our salesperson was Kimea Trueheart and the manager was Keith. Kimea was very knowledgeable about the car and truck that we were viewing. Kimea and Keith listened to our needs in a car and our financial limits. They worked with us to reach our needs. The car did not have leather seats so they had them changed for us. Because I did not have a car to drive (ours was totaled), Kimea brought me a vehicle to use (brand new) while our new one was being upgraded to leather. Kimea also brought me my new car when it was finished. After our experience with Five Star, we sent our granddaughter there. They worked with her to find a used vehicle that would meet her and her children's needs as well as her financial limits. Kimea and Keith also worked with her to accomplish what she needed in a vehicle. Thank you Keith and Kimea Trueheart for being so nice to us and attentive to our car needs. More

They’ll tell you they can make a deal just to get your info and run your credit.. Guarantee me a deal with certain payment and down payment. I drove 3.5 hours for nothing! Never ever go there! I will be seeking for an attorney! ?Fraud Fraud!! They also failed to compensate me for my time when the salesman lied to me. I had proof of text messages and nothing happen!
