Marcus & the service team are AWESOME I have purchased 3 vehicles from Five Star Nissan. Process is ALWAYS great given the purchase stress buying a new car brings! The service departme I have purchased 3 vehicles from Five Star Nissan. Process is ALWAYS great given the purchase stress buying a new car brings! The service department is HANDS DOWN THE BEST! I have used their service department for the past 6 years. Marcus is by far the best with customer service, promptness, information, all of the above! Marcus has serviced my cars for 12 years. I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle my car care other than Marcus and the team he manages at 5 Star Nissan. They are always able to fit me in, some days last minute and I have never waited more than an hour for my car to be serviced. I called Marcus the Thursday before Labor Day needing last minute service at 3:30, thinking with the holiday it wouldn't be doable. Marcus got me in THAT DAY by 4:30 and I was out of there by 5pm! Thank you to Marcus and the 5 star service staff for always being reliable and awesome! They are what keeps me coming back to 5 Star Nissan! More
