Five Star Nissan of Warner Robins

My experience with this dealership started out great! The salesman was nice, it was his first sale and he had help from another associate. I had one specific request and that was that I would be able to tow a small trailer. I was assured that I would be able to have a hitch receiver installed. I loved the car! A week later, I went through the dealership to order a hitch receiver. It arrived the next day but unfortunately, it did not fit. They reordered it and again it did not fit. They finally came to the conclusion that a hitch receiver had not been made for my 2023 Nissan Rogue. I was simply told, "I'm sorry ma'am". Then, part of the door trim came off when I shut the door. Two of the clips had broken so I removed the trim piece and took it to the dealership. I had had the car about a month. Again, I was told "I'm sorry ma'am" accompanied by, this isn't included in the warranty. They tried to tell me it was due to an accident however, there was no accident and there was no damage to the car or the trim. I feel like they promised me everything to get me to sign on the dotted line however, when it really came down to it the typical response was "I'm sorry ma'am". I will never purchase another car from this dealership! More

I don't know if my other review went through but this is what I wanted to say exactly what happened in my visit to your facility first of all we went down there for a truck we were sold an SUV we were told what I wanted to say exactly what happened in my visit to your facility first of all we went down there for a truck we were sold an SUV we were told they didn't have any trucks then we sat there from 1:30 in the afternoon till 5:30 that evening and then we still had to come back the next day to do the paperwork and then Reginald did get our paperwork bullied me into buying a gap protection he just kept on and kept on and kept on and he talked my husband into it so then the windshield wipers we found the next day when it was pouring rain we're falling off so we had to go buy some and it took me a good week to get him reimbursed for them I mean if nothing else do with this information what you will More
