Not good for WWord Five Star Nissan Albany Ga.,Gary Hoffman, General Mannager, will not stand by his word. I had been working a deal on 2015 Ram Sport. The price on in Five Star Nissan Albany Ga.,Gary Hoffman, General Mannager, will not stand by his word. I had been working a deal on 2015 Ram Sport. The price on internet was $21500 plus Tax tag title. After a day with haggling using texting as mode of communication , with Jackie Limardo we agreed 22500 out the door. I had repeatly advised i had financing set up. I had started on credit app but stopped and saved it last night. I did not electronically sign it. We camre to deal and i advised Jackie I was on my way to get it. Jackie asked for information which i assumed was for paperwork , I gave the info to her. I assumed it was for paperwork for processing. I was wrong they ran credit . I was in process of leaving when Jackie text me and told me a guy just walked and offered sticker. The general manager told her to tell me deal was off. I am sorry but you Gary Hoffman made the deal with me to sell the truck to me for $22500. You renigged on the deal. You sir are not a person to deal with . I wonder what else they short people on. I know some of these reviews are paid for to look good As a dealer representing Five Star your word is your bond. You sir are doing your job. Luckily I dont own Five star you sir would be gone. If you cant hold your word then your character is no good. Your word should be your bond. Yes I know we dealt on internet. You never asked for deposit to hold truck. I advised Jackie I was on my way. Its in my text. Thank you for showing your true colors. I honestly hope they replace you Gary Hoffman Why didnt you tell the guy I was buying it for $22500. Because its bottom line for you to xxxx with the customer. More

The car only had 1 owner and before I bought it I had them to check everything to make sure it was in good condition. Everything checked out ok he even gave me a paper stating that. Within 10 months I’ve had to get an alignment, new tires, battery, and my air conditioning fixed. I don’t drive anywhere but around town and school not even 100 miles ! I’m not rough on my car at all. I won’t EVER buy another xxxxing car from them again More

He answered all my questions, even video tape the truck inside and out in all the areas I requested. A driver delivered the truck to my house with no commitment from me to buy it unless it was just as described. I loved the truck and bought it. Everyone I came into communication with was very professional. I highly recommend this dealership! Mr. De’Marcus was exceptionally patient and understanding.
