My first time coming to the dealership, the general manager was a little rude and I was sure I wouldn't buy from this dealership but then I received a My first time coming to the dealership, the general manager was a little rude and I was sure I wouldn't buy from this dealership but then I received a call from Graham who went over my credit report with me and provided me with very helpful information above and beyond what he was required to do. Later, TJ called and discussed buying options outside what I considered. I didn't feel pushed but educated. On both visits to the dealership I dealt with Albert Sykes who was amazing! The second visit when actually purchasing the vehicle, I had a very tired, cranky five year old with me. Albert smiled and was patient. He never seemed irritated. A lady went and got him popcorn and TJ gave him a balloon. When I came in a third time to have the windows tinted, Albert was there early and had my loaner ready so I could be on time to work. Luckily for the manager, he has a great staff that completely changed my perception of the car buying experience, the Hyundai brand and honestly The Five Star reputation too. Best car buying experience ever! More
