Absolutely terrible at customer service and communication. I've tried to communicate with Michael at the collision center and he won't answer my questions in regard to service I am scheduled to communication. DeMarcus(sp?), the GM of the dealership will not return my phone call after 1) leaving a voicemail and 2) telling the phone operator I had not received a call back yet and it was urgent. Prior to this, I scheduled an appointment, confirmed it, and then was told my appointment was not on the books when I arrived. Although they managed to fit me in - the short experience I had was.. neglectful, politely put. I then received a text the next day stating I had missed my appointment! I recommend avoiding this place at all costs. More
