This was my first service visit to Five Star Ford after moving to the area. My service representative, Jennifer Talley, was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Jennifer kept me updated on the progress of my car and even facilitated my pickup of the auto prior to the warranty company payment for the work done. It was my Son's car and he was in a rush to get back to school. I appreciate the communication, flexibility and quality service I received at Five Star Ford and will most certainly return. More
I brought my car here because of a recall it had, they fixed it in a couple days and it was fine. I thought it all went good, next thing you know, my key fob doesn’t turn at all with the key unless I need fixed it in a couple days and it was fine. I thought it all went good, next thing you know, my key fob doesn’t turn at all with the key unless I needed to apply pressure. I took it back again, they fixed it for free cause it was obviously what they did that caused it. Next thing you know, my car stops locking and my driver door key fob broke or some thing. I debated going back to Five Star Ford because for one, MY CAR KEEPS MESSING UP after they fix something totally unrelated. Since it’s their fault, I decided to take it back on Thursday of this week, not only was there something completely new wrong with my car, but they wanted to charge me for it. Not only is this frustrating but so messed up because my car was perfectly fine before I even took it for the recall. This place xxxxed up my car on purpose for me to keep going back. I spoke to the service guy who has been “helping” me since I first brought it back, his name is TONY, and after telling him I would just take my car elsewhere instead of fixing it there, he told me yesterday afternoon I could come in today, on a Saturday, to pick up my car and pay 165. I have to leave town this weekend to go to Mexico for a funeral and he was aware, yet didn’t tell me there was a certain time I had to come by. I pull up at 5:10 and no one can help me, and says that I can’t do anything because he didn’t leave my key there. There’s no words that can describe the disappointment and regret I have for bringing my car to this dealership. I will definitely be back to pick up my xxxx car and never come back. For anyone getting recalls for their car or need any service done here, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS FORD DEALERSHIP. They screwed me over and took advantage of me being young. Please AVOID this place at all cost. More
BUYER BEWARE. ....... We purchased a 2022 with a 5 yr. ext. warranty and the service has been far less than acceptable as the Service department has made us feel ....... We purchased a 2022 with a 5 yr. ext. warranty and the service has been far less than acceptable as the Service department has made us feel as though we are an inconvenience to them as we have had our truck in twice for an issue and each time they had our truck 2-4 weeks. After having our first experience with the Service Department we spoke with the Service Director and got an apology as well as we will be better going forward. Well going forward was not "better" as we had to return our vehicle for the same issue and the Service Representative Steve was rude and lazy (downplays issue instead of trying to resolve) and attempted to be condescending when speaking with us about the service. However, Steve ran into the wrong consumer as my husband quickly let me know that we would not be spoken to unprofessionally. Also, there have even been times when Steve blatantly ignored our verbal greetings and phone calls when we came in for service. Now people have bad days but this email comes from multiple visits, not 1 or 2 encounters. In summary, we still have the same issue remaining, from the first service visit and we are very disappointed and disillusioned with the Service Department as we do not see our future visits being better, which is unfortunate as we have a 5-year warranty with Ford and this dealership is the most convenient. I hope that someone will read this and understand what they could be buying into with the company. More
Hi, me again. I have brought my truck (purchased June 2020) in six times for the same issue. It dies while idling. Message "autostart/stop manual restart required. I have brought my truck (purchased June 2020) in six times for the same issue. It dies while idling. Message "autostart/stop manual restart required." Each time it is something new with the same code registered. *Battery charged and system reset. Battery passed *Updated PCM and reprogrammed start/stop system *Replaced VCT timing solenoids *Replaced booster vacuum sensor ($400) This last time, 4 days after replacing the sensor, same issue. Now it's the battery that was good in December and told it would be $200+ to replace it. Replace it to continue the diagnostics, which may or may not be the issue. Service staff have been very helpful and couldn't ask for better. Technicians not so much. Why has it taken 6 trips, 11 months, lots of time, and money to fix the same issue each time a different diagnosis. This truck has been an an absolute nightmare. More

The service manager, Steve, and Service writer Jennifer Talley went above and beyond to fix a few paint issues with my vehicle. They kept me updated regarding what had to be done, they were able to quickly get a reasonable estimate to fix a really bad spot on my rear passenger door, and were very friendly during the whole process. They’ve earned my business in the future, and I look forward to dealing with Five Star Ford when I shop for a new vehicle! Thank y’all so much! More
Worst service department in the state of Texas. Getting a service appointment is a waste of time because that appointment apparently is for just checking your car in. Was told that after waiting a Getting a service appointment is a waste of time because that appointment apparently is for just checking your car in. Was told that after waiting a week and a half for my appointment that it would be 2-3 days before they could even look at it. So what was a time and date given to bring my truck in for repairs if they had no intentions to even look at it on my appointed date. This dealership's service department and their two service managers have no clue what they are doing. Their system has been broken like this for years and apparently it will never change. Have bought our last 4 Fords from the Sam Pack 5 Star Family but because of this one star service department we will no longer even be looking at any Sam Pack dealership ever again. More
