My experience at Five Star Ford was fantastic as far as this car purchase goes. I went there looking to purchase a new Taurus. The sales associate Brieanna Lopez helped me in my search of the right car f this car purchase goes. I went there looking to purchase a new Taurus. The sales associate Brieanna Lopez helped me in my search of the right car for me. I drove 3 different Taurus models before selecting the one right for me. Anthony Synder assisted me in finance, and made it as painless as possible. Free would have been great, but the loan process was quick. I was asked about other options like extended warranty, which in this case I decided to purchase (First time ever). I purchased no other after market options, and it wasn't high pressure. Over all my experience was one of the best I have ever had, and that is due to the people of Five Star Ford. Of course they are a dealership, and a business. Do your homework on what your looking for, know your budget, know the approximate value of your trade-in, etc. Besides that, enjoy your new car, I sure am. Kevin More
