We actually had several criteria in both budget and vehicle needs that had to be met, and they were so patient, knowledgable, helpful, and efficient. Lee Clanton was very responsive to our request for a particular new vehicle. He was up front about the cost and no haggling on a fair price. Aaron Dias worked with us for several months to acquire a new Fusion. It took a while to get the car and when it was finally due to arrive at the dealership, it got stuck in Arizona. My husband had arranged new Fusion. It took a while to get the car and when it was finally due to arrive at the dealership, it got stuck in Arizona. My husband had arranged a day off to pick up the car so we went to the dealership knowing it wasn't in yet. Aaron found us a car exactly like the one we ordered (except it included a moon roof which we didn't care about having) that had arrived a few days before our visit. He prepped it for us and when we returned to see it we decided it was the one. Aaron was very nice and friendly and professional. He explained everything and showed us enough of the "Sync"information to get us home. Sam helped us with window tinting and Millennium Package. Very nice and friendly. Great smile. Mike Asher was very professional in the finance department. He found us a good rate. Additionally, Service Advisor Jose Garza took great care of us the same day we bought the Fusion. We were getting the Edge in tip-top shape for me to take it over from my husband. (I'm getting a superb hand-me-down.) Abel gave us a ride home while our car was being prepped. He was delightful, friendly and knew all short cuts to our house. We have bought 2 Explorers, a Mustang (at Ford Country before Sam took it over), an Edge (Carrollton) and an Excursion at this location and now the Fusion. We are Ford people and we really have enjoyed dealing with Sam Pack's Dealerships. Sam Pack personally helped me with a problem I had encountered at Ford Country before he even owned the dealership! when I first heard of this guy I thought to myself ford dealership ok lets see if he will waste my time. The first time he was nice enough to tell me what he couldn't do with what I had to go with.
