We had to redo our title because of the incompetence of the title company you used We stated over and over that Kansas is a AND / OR state and we clearly informed Kyle who was doing our sale paperwork that the title company you used We stated over and over that Kansas is a AND / OR state and we clearly informed Kyle who was doing our sale paperwork that we wanted it stated Brian OR Jennifer , NO AND .. when we received the Kansas title in the mail it was Brian AND Jennifer So I spent a lot of time at the DMV getting this corrected. Not a good experience next time I buy a vehicle out of state I will pay the sale tax here and do the title work at the local DMV More
