Best Experience Ever Katie Reynolds was my service rep and I hope every time that I need service work done that I will be lucky enough to have her again as my rep. She was Katie Reynolds was my service rep and I hope every time that I need service work done that I will be lucky enough to have her again as my rep. She was excellent, explained everything to me and had my card serviced on time when promised. She also went and got my car and brought it back to the service bay for me and took me right to the cashier window which was another pleasant experience with the cashier Andrea Dukes. She was quick and prompt and also explained my bill for me so I could understand it as well. It was a great experience in all. Fast Service Katie Reynolds, Advisor, and Alex Floyd, Tech, were very nice and helped me with a check engine light issue. They gave me all of my options and were Katie Reynolds, Advisor, and Alex Floyd, Tech, were very nice and helped me with a check engine light issue. They gave me all of my options and were able to fit me in around 11:45am, same day, with out an appointment. I was out of there less than an hour. Thank you so much :)! More

My tires were very worn and needed replacing immediately. Before purchasing new tires, I asked to speak to a sales person as I was considering a trade. Bill , in the Quick Lane Center, gave me the name of a salesman to talk to. To make a long story short, I ended up purchasing a new vehicle since mine was old. Was not pressured in any way. Everyone gave good advice and I am very happy with my new car. More

Excellent service dept Had an issue with headrest on our F-150. Stopped in and Nic Peters had us fixed and on our way in less than 2 minutes!
