I purchased my 3rd vehicle and 2nd F150 from Five Star Ford Lincoln on Russell Pkwy in Oct 2023. I have always been a fan and loyal customer to them and it's why I traded up to the 2023 F150 Lariat. About 3 months into owning this truck the driver’s side window got stuck in the down position. Eventually, after playing with the button I was able to get it back up. At least once a month the window would get stuck and then fix itself. I brought the truck in to be serviced and asked them to look at it. They lubed it up and didn't put it in my maintenance records. Again, this happened numerous times and they would lube it up until about the 5th or 6th time I brought it in, and they said that they could not touch these vehicles anymore and that this is an on-going issue with 2021-2024/5 F150's. In total I have brought the truck in about 10-13 times since I purchased it. There are only maintenance records for 4 or 5 times and sometimes it was labeled "Glass" and other times it was labeled "Other Maintenance" and then other times; they put nothing at all because they were doing an oil change and tire rotation. Sometimes the maintenance guy or girl would fix it right on the spot and nothing would be put in the system. I applied for the "Ford Buy Back Program" only to be denied because all the repair attempts didn't happen within the first 2 years of ownership or first 24k miles whichever came first. I have had the truck for 2 years and 4 months when I made the claim and I hadn't reached 24k miles yet. Now I am stuck with a $78k truck with a faulty window that they know is faulty on some 21-24/5 F150s and they won't even fix it anymore or give me a refund so I can purchase a new truck somewhere else. The fact that they sold me a truck that they knew was faulty and didn't tell me is unacceptable, but to make me stay in the vehicle knowing that they can't fix it and won't try is even worse. Don't shop here and always check your maintenance records. They are crooks. More

She responded to my concerns in a very timely manner and kept me updated. I’ve had other service persons make me feel like I was a bother but Misty made me feel like she was happy that I came FSF for service. Initially, I spoke to Misty and friends telling me to check out 2 other service dealerships. There prices were a little less than FSF, but it was the conversation and caring friendliness from Misty that made me come back to Five Star. Some people are born with that gift and she is truly one of them. Everyone was nice and professional but she really stood out. More

Is Service important, might want to buy a Chevy. Dropped off my Mustang with a rattle under car with an appointment and I paid for a rental. Did they get right on it..No!!! After 3 days it had still not even been test driven. We picked up the car to turn in the rental and wait on a part "Ordered" based on the diagnoses I got from another shop. He assured me it would be "a few days" fast forward 2 weeks and still no call but I get get call from customer service to ask about my experience. I have already got it at another dealership to see if they care more about their customers. I doesn't seem so. FORD Service Depts are the new Slimey Used Car Salesmen of the past. They don't care about Warranty and Recall work as it doesn't make them as much money. I would seek out a different vehicle brand and certainly nothing with 5 Star in the name. Buyer Beware, they all like the sales and that is where it seems to end. More
