When it came time to take care of the ignition recall on my Saturn, I obviously could not take it to the Saturn dealership I bought it from, because they no longer exist. I chose Five Star Chevrolet mainly due to the location, but I would definitely go back based on their excellent Customer service. Kevin gave me a ride home, since their regular driver was on vacation, and the time estimate for completion was spot on. They explained exactly what they were replacing and why in terms I could understand. More

I am very pleased with the service I received on my last visit. I came in because I had heard about the ignition recall on the local news. I called and spoke with service consultant Tom who set me up with visit. I came in because I had heard about the ignition recall on the local news. I called and spoke with service consultant Tom who set me up with an appointment on my next day off. When I arrived at the dealership I was greeted by Tom who immediately looked up my car in his computer and explained that my particular Cobalt was not part of that recall and that I had no worries about my ignition failing. He did however find a recall/service bulletin notice regarding a fuel leakage problem and asked me if I had noticed any problem. I told him that I could sometimes smell gasoline but had not noticed and leakage but that I park in public parking lots not in a garage so I probably wouldn’t notice a leak. He suggested that I go ahead and have the problem fixed and I agreed since I was already there. The work was done in a timely manner and I haven’t noticed and gasoline smells since. Overall I am VERY pleased with the way I was treated and with the service that my Cobalt received. I will continue to bring my Cobalt to Van any time service/repairs are needed. More
