Great in the sales area, but taking care of customers, not good at all. Been 3 + weeks, my trade in still hasn't been paid off, I'm still getting billed, but my trade is no longer in inventory. Hmmm More

My biggest concern is that 2 employees, one salesman, one in finance that told me that they would call me and inform me of what was going on. No call back! I assure you that they have my phone number. My wife was going to pursue a possible BMW in July. Not any longer. I just got an idea of how customer service is at Five Star. Thanks
