The technician even sent a personalized video showing the work being done, which was incredibly transparent and reassuring. Best of all, the repairs were completed right on time as promised. The professionalism and customer care were top-notch, and I’ll definitely be returning to Sam Pack Chevrolet for any future service needs. Highly recommend! More

Everyone from the salesmen and the finance department are PHENOMENAL. Joe Harrel is genuinely the best salesman, Austin is wonderful, then Matt, Lee and Gio blew me out of the water with how hard they worked PHENOMENAL.
