I brought my car in on February 19, 2021 for regular services that was due in February 2021 to get oil changed, tires rotated, all that comes with regular maintenance and also to have a new cab filter services that was due in February 2021 to get oil changed, tires rotated, all that comes with regular maintenance and also to have a new cab filter put in due to the dust getting on my dash board soon as I clean it thru vents. That is what the service man said I needed to replace. In less than 1 month later my car 2019 dodge challenger that I purchased at this location, when I crank it up, it is showing the oil change is due??????? Ok, WHAT???? did they not do my oil change, I was there over 2 hours now I am wondering if my oil change even got done?????? Also I paid $105.67 for a new cab filter to be put in and I do not believe it was even put in due to I am still getting the dust on my dash board soon as I clean it. I am very very unhappy customer. I need proof this was completed...What am I suppose to do now??? Get a lawyer ??? More

Horrible experience with Five Star Chevrolet from the start. Bought a used vehicle from them after they assured me that if I had any issues within thirty days they would “make it right”. Well the servic start. Bought a used vehicle from them after they assured me that if I had any issues within thirty days they would “make it right”. Well the service manager Chad and his manager Brad both confirmed that was a lie, and “we would never say anything like that”. So the day after we got the vehicle the engine light came on, it was diagnosed to have major transmission and engine problems. After a month of trying to get them to “make it right” they told me they would cut me “a deal” and only charge me for parts. Brad also said “we don’t have to do anything, it’s a used car”. So not only do they want me to pay them to fix a car they sold me less than a month ago, but they want me to believe they are helping me out. Oh, and they also messed up the title work, that has yet to be fixed. Thanks for selling me a car that we have to have in the shop on Christmas week More

Service department poor customer service (Update 8/6/20) I called Wednesday 29 July 2020 and was given an appointment for our 2017 Silverado for a check engine light for transmission problems. I was schedul I called Wednesday 29 July 2020 and was given an appointment for our 2017 Silverado for a check engine light for transmission problems. I was scheduled for an appointment on Friday morning 31 July at 9:00AM. Upon arrival I was informed there were 15 vehicles ahead of us. All I asked for was to get it troubleshot so we knew where we stood. I didn't hear anything all day so I followed up at 4:30PM. The lady I talked to in the service department "Elise" was no help and after she put me on hold for a few minutes I was then sent to someone else's voicemail. I didn't leave a message and called back and asked for the service manager "Brandon Carter" or the sales manager Brad Williams or my original sales representative David Harned but my original check in guy "Blake" called me and said he would check on it and call me back ASAP. It's now 7:45PM and nobody ever called me back. The fact that nobody ever called me back doesn't come as a shock at all because this happens every time we have ever brought anything to the service department at Five Star Chevy. I've bought several new and used vehicles from this dealership over the years and it's always the same story. I'm fed up with this crap and unless something changes I will be happy to travel to Atlanta for all my future purchases and service. The dealership that appreciates my check book will get my business from now on. Additionally, we were never offered a courtesy loaner vehicle...! UPDATE: After submitting this review the general manager, Jeremy Shaughnessy got involved and things quickly changed. Between Jeff and Blake in the service department they kept me informed of progress on my truck and it was repaired and ready for pickup the next day. Together they have restored my faith that they do care about customer satisfaction. On final comment, the key to ensuring customers are happy is to simply communicate to them what is going on and what to expect and when. Not hearing anything from anybody for several days is very frustrating. More
