After having my 2017 cadillac xt5 for 3 weeks in shop, after many attempts to contact and give feed back that I received from Cadillac. They insisted to be rude and gave me a sticky note with 5000$ worth after many attempts to contact and give feed back that I received from Cadillac. I also mention the GM never returned my calls and just plain rude. Also i even was considering buying a newer model sedan from them,, what a mistake that would have been. Sad that General Motors tolerates this.. More
