My name is Janis Spears, I recently took my 2020 equinox in for it's 2nd oil change and I and decided to upgrade my car to the next level above my current equinox. I had seen an advertisement about their e in for it's 2nd oil change and I and decided to upgrade my car to the next level above my current equinox. I had seen an advertisement about their exchange program. I was helped by John McCaughan. I would like to say that he was so helpful with the entire process. He was very professional and helped me throughout the entire process. Also, when I got to the finance department the gentleman who processed my financing was also very helpful and professional. I am a repeat customer and have bought 2 cars and 1 truck at the dealership over the past 10 years or so. Tony Adside was very pleasant and courteous to deal with. I came in for an oil change but he also coordinated the part my car needed for the recall which saved me from having to come back! I just got lucky that the part was in the delivery truck that came in. Very long wait (8am-12pm) but I understand it's due to short staff.
