Please never buy from this shady dealer. They sold the car knowing of an issue but we agreed to have it repaired at our local dealer since we were from out of town. They added in the we owe They sold the car knowing of an issue but we agreed to have it repaired at our local dealer since we were from out of town. They added in the we owe you statement they would pay for it if not covered under warranty. When it was not covered under warranty and the came to $2800 they refuse to pay it. The only option was let them come get the car keep in mind this is a 7 hour drive and they would fix it. This was not the agreement who wants 1400 miles added to their car. They should honor what they put in writing through text and the We owe statement. They also would not fill out the damage disclosure statement and wanted me to sign it with it blank. I would love for the owner of this dealership to contact me. More

Five Star was excellent in working with the warranty company and the Service Manager to ensure I get my Tahoe repaired and back to me in a reasonable time period. I would recommend Five Star, and buy an company and the Service Manager to ensure I get my Tahoe repaired and back to me in a reasonable time period. I would recommend Five Star, and buy any warranty that is offered because they stand on principle, once all my needed documents of service history were received I had no issues getting my Tahoe repaired. Had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation yesterday. I stated that I had an appointment in a few hours and was told I would be out in plenty of time. After 2 hours, I haven’t heard from any yesterday. I stated that I had an appointment in a few hours and was told I would be out in plenty of time. After 2 hours, I haven’t heard from anyone. I text them saying I needed my car in 15-20 min. I was asked if I needed my car and I said, yes. She walked away. I got up and figured I needed to go where I drove in. I stood there while a guy drove my car up outside the bay door. He came in, dropped my keys in my hand and walked away without saying a word. I stood there feeling awkward…after a few awkward minutes I asked him if I needed to sign anything. He said, “not that I know of”. Then the gal who checked me in came in and said I could leave. I asked if anything had been done to the car, and I was told, no. I turn and walked out. I came home and made an appointment at a local car repair/tire place to service my car there. I drove 30 min to the dealership and did not appreciate how I was treated. I have always taken my cars to dealerships for service but not anymore. Won’t go back there unless I have to. More
