What's the point of making an appointment? I was the first scheduled appointment and still waited 2+ hours to get an oil change and tires rotates plus tightening the rear view mirror which had I was the first scheduled appointment and still waited 2+ hours to get an oil change and tires rotates plus tightening the rear view mirror which had been loose since I bought it. Several other vehicles came, were serviced, and sent on their way while I waited. It literally sat in the service bay for an hour and 15 minutes before it was touched. I could see it through the service bay windows. When I finally got the truck back, they said the mirror was tightened. I had a service coupon for $99.99 plus tax for the oil replacement and tire rotation. When I checked out, the bill was $112.09. I inquired about the difference because tax is 8% and was told the difference was shop supplies which is not mentioned in the coupon. In addition, I was informed that I'd have to pay an additional service fee of $3.85 for using my card. This is nickel and diming the customer and you can rest assured that this will be the last time Five Star services my vehicle and it may be the last vehicle I ever purchase from them. When I got into my truck, I checked the mirror and it hadn't been touched so I had to pull back to the service department to have another technician look at. The person checking me in stated that it was a very inexperienced technician who worked on my truck and didn't know what he was doing. That sure gives me great confidence. She sent out a senior technician who fixed it promptly. This is not a one time deal. I waited at least 2 hours to have the oil changed and tires rotated the last time also. So, what's the first thing I had to do when I got home? Check the oil level and checked the torque on the lug nuts because of their inexperienced junior technician revelation. At least they finally got the mirror fixed this time. If your time is important to you, don't take it to Five Star for servicing. More

Received the Silverado back after a transmission replacement and other services & Joey called me said the truck was ready for pick up but he wouldn’t be there that day so that told me he did this on his personal time . Now I ask who does that anymore ? I can tell you Joey does. He stated the truck was tested and runs like a dream . When I picked it up another gentleman took care of me who was also very nice. He had my truck pulled up to the door and the A/C cooled down in the truck before I stepped into it. Can’t say enough about this Dealerships Service department. Had my truck a week now and as Joey said it runs like a dream… Thank you Joey for all your professional service and a special Thank you to the service crew Five star Chevrolet you have awesome employees in your service department and hope thru out your company.
