I have been going to this dealership service department since i purchased my suzuki in August 2011. I go there for all of my oil changes and recommended services. Great experience purchasing a new vehicle over the internet and then travelling about 1000 miles to complete the deal. Everything from the price negotiations to the pick up from BWI (Thanks Harold fo internet and then travelling about 1000 miles to complete the deal. Everything from the price negotiations to the pick up from BWI (Thanks Harold for the great drive) went smoothly. Upon completion of the deal, the Maryland State tag generating program caused us issues, and all the staff in the office worked tirelessly to solve the problem. While there, I witnessed many great moments of customer service that you get only from truly fabulous car dealers, right down to the young man in the service centre helping the little old lady down the steep drive to the parts counter by holding her hand and steadying her on the way, while still dealing with me in a polite and friendly manner. Thanks to the great guy in the service department providing me with the paperwork I required to prove the recall clearance was done, everything down to a tee was professional and courteous. I can't imagine how they could possibly have ever lost their Dodge dealership in the downsizing of Chrysler...then again, Chrysler did manage to get into the trouble they did so it does follow that they couldn't possibly understand the impact of the loss of such an asset as this dealership. My new SX4 is humming along nicely and it's great to see such a top rate dealer in the 'zuki network. If we lived within commuting distance, we'd go there for every service. Thanks again. I just had to rate this dealership. When I was given an appointment time the sales associate Mr.Cruz met me and greeted me with a warm welcome. He offered me something to drink; we set down to get what I appointment time the sales associate Mr.Cruz met me and greeted me with a warm welcome. He offered me something to drink; we set down to get what I was looking for in a car and then took me to the lot to show me some possibilities. I was allowed to test drive what I thought at the time was my final decision but I ended up with another choice. Mr. Cruz should be commended because true professionalism was personified through every encounter. He kept a smile on his face and doing the final process of our negotiating he was fair. I always felt a win/win feeling. I LOVE MY CAR. Let me share a short story with you. When my credit report was pulled it showed me deceased and I had no credit score. The manager of the dealership called the social security admininstration and try to help me get this matter corrected but to no avail. Neither of the two made me feel bad about being "dead" and having no credit score. Would you believe they still was trying to do business with me if I put up some additional down payments. I found this as a place I wanted to do business with. They asked me to try and get the decease off my records and call back. I called Equ-fax and got the problem cleared in a couple of hours. Equ-fax asked that I have the dealship rerun my credit for a credit score. When they did it was 610. Now I am driving a car I didnt believe I would ever drive. Thanks Fritz Annette Bush More
