My sales rep, Terry McLeodt, at Fitzgerald Auto Mall is the BEST! I wanted a 4WD vehicle for Winter - I travel back roads and the interstate everyday. I first found a vehicle online, emailed them, and actually ended up buying an even better vehicle! Terry is one of those rare sales reps - very knowledgeable and also very sensitive to my needs. He actually told me he would find me a better vehicle than the one I was first inerested in, and he did! Such honesty and helpfulness is rare in any profession, muchless in a car sales rep! Terry is excellent at fast communication - for me emails were best - and was great at following-up AFTER I bought my vehicle, including a nice card. As a woman walking into a car dealership alone, I had my defenses up. They were not needed! Everyone there made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. My questions were answered respectfully, there was no rushing me, no brushing me off, and I was very satisfied. I appreciate the kindness and hard work of my sales rep Terry McLeodt. The Finance Rep, Derek Mann, was also great. I was flipped on my PT Cruiser and he worked his magic so I was able to get financing on my Jeep Liberty, and at a very nice interest rate. I know from experience, most dealerships would have told me to come back in a year or two and not even bothered with me. Not Fitzgerald! I know Derek worked very hard to get me the best deal and stay close to my budget and I appreciate that very much! Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I got a fabulous Jeep Liberty for an incredible price! I now feel safer on the road and I recommend Fitzgerald Auto Mall, in Chambersburg, PA, to everyone! By the way, I drove there from Martinsburg, WV - about a 45 minute drive each way! And there was another woman there who drove from Eastern MD! It is worth the trip! More

Though I had some issues with the vehicle I purchased (which were resolved), I cannot say anything negative about the customer service at Fitzgerald. My salesperson (Mike) was friendly from the start, and was very helpful and accommodating each time I made the 100+ mile trip to the dealership. He promptly returned phone calls and made himself available, even on his day off. The managers are quick to follow up with any problems. I browsed many cars at many different car lots, and this was one of the few where I did not feel pressured. Thank you, Mike, for making my car buying experience a pleasant one! More

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car. The first person I dealt with was the salesman-Pablo Pagan. He stayed with me until another staff member could see me and made sure that I was taken care of quickly. There were some issues with the car and I was directed to John Hammond the Service/Sales Manager. John listened to my concerns and promised to take the matter into his own hands and make sure that the issue was addressed and corrected if necessary. After his findings required the car to stay with the dealership for evaluation, he placed me into the hands of Tony DeStefan in the Service Department. Tony quickly got me into a very nice loaner car and assurred me that he would keep me updated on what was going on and he did. He never failed to not only stay on top of what was happening to my car-he also took the time repeatedly to call me and keep me updated. After returning the loaner and picking up my car-I foud that everyone that I dealt with "said what they would do...and did what they said they would do." I am very happy with my car and my new relationship with Fitzgerald...you were only a TV commercial until now. Thanks for everything! Barbara More
