Kenny was very honest and provided us with the best atmosphere, we were under no pressure and felt very comfortable in making our purchase. We test drove 2 cars and Brian Rikon was very helpful, he was quiet during the test drive but answered all of our questions. When we got back to the dealership Brian provided us a quiet area to talk and allowed us to discuss which car to purchase with NO pressure. Once my wife and I made our decision the process was execellent, everything was explained so we could understand it and were very happy with the new car, it was detailed and they even put gas in the tank which made me very happy. I drove off the lot 3 and a half hours later with a 2009 Toyota Matrix. I was treated like family from the moment I arrived. They went over financing options, they wanted to make sure I was able to meet the financial obligations and that it was the right care for my wife and I with a baby on the way. First i highly recommend doing their online application for credit if money is your concern. I submitted my application and they got back to me within an hour or so and i decided to go ahead with a test drive. Tony was very friendly and informative during our test drive but also gave me the silence and respect to actually "test" the car instead of barraging me with 20,000 questions like most people do when trying to "sell" you a car. We got back to the dealership and sat down to talk about the terms. The whole process was over fairly quickly. They gave me a great deal on my trade in and an awesome price for my "new" (very lightly used) one year old Toyota Yaris they also gave me a call about a week later to make sure everything was going well. Fitzgerald is not about "selling" you a car, their goal is to put you into a car that fits your needs and budget. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for a used car and will absolutely be using them the next time i am looking. More
