After submitting an application online a couple of hours later I was contacted by Tony from Fitz Germantown. It was a Sunday so I contacted him on Monday. So I set up an appoinment at 7:30pm to go in and talk about purchasing a vehicle that I could afford. Upon arriving at the dealer, me and my boyfriend were greeted as soon as we were seen. We asked for Tony to which he greeted us. Tony was very courteous, polite, and most of all understanding. Since we stepped foot in the dealer, we were treated with perhaps the GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE we have ever experienced. Kenny, who was dealing with our finance loan also took care of us from start to finish. We came in with little to no hope and left with a 2010 corolla. Not only did we come out with an almost brand new car, we came out with a smile knowing that these gentlemen did everything in their power to take care of us. I couldnt be anymore happier or satisfied with what I experienced at this dealer. I will recommend them to anybody who are looking to purchase a vehicle. I was told that the car was going to be detailed, and when I picked it up, there was some sticker residue between the air controls and a melted chocolate bit in the middle console.
