The sales manager made this deal very difficult. He kept putting up roadblocks. I had to go to the dealership twice to get the truck and it was still a difficult experience to get the truck. When I got the truck home from the dealership it had locking lugs that they said they didn’t get from the owner. How did they inspect the truck with drum brakes without taking off the wheels?! More
