Last week I turned my least favorite job into a most pleasant experience. I purchased a 2010 Camry from Lake Forest Toyota. After checking with multiple dealerships here in Western New York and not being satisfied with the prices I was quoted I decided to surf the web and found Fitzgerald's Lake Forest Toyota. I got in contact with Lisa Lam as my sales associate. Lisa was great. She helped me with my purchase from start to finish. I never visited the dealership until I picked up the car on Saturday. I did everything either on phone or email. The price was just as quoted on their website. Lisa never pressured me to buy any thing I didn't want. When I arrived on Saturday the car was ready to go. I had already wired the money for the car and all I had to do was sign some papers and I was on my way back to New York. I saved $1600.00 from what I was quoted at dealerships at home. I was told that my camry was leaking oil into the head gaskett by a repair shop. I decided to take it back to the dealership where it was purchased. Wes advised me that they would take a look & get back gaskett by a repair shop. I decided to take it back to the dealership where it was purchased. Wes advised me that they would take a look & get back to me asap. I was given the bad news that yes it was leaking and that I needed a new head gaskett. Wes was professional from the time I spoke with him on the phone to the completion of the repair. I was given a loaner car while the car was being repair at no cost. It took a little longer to repair due to complcations but, when I picked up the car it not only runs like new ,it also looked new. Wes had my car detailed to make up for the extra time needed to repair the car. I am so please with the results and feel that he went out of his way to make sure that I was completely satisfied. He made me feel like a valued customer. More
I recently purchased a 2010 Prius from Lakeforest Toyota. (You get a free loaner for life if you buy your car there.) I was with my wife when she bought her Prius. The salesperson that helped us was Lisa Lam. I was so impressed with Lisa that I asked for her when I entered the showroom to buy my car. Once again, Lisa was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. A few days after I bought the car, I emailed Lisa to find out if I could get a refund on one of my aftermarket purchases. Lisa promptly answered my emails and helped me work out the details with the service department. It was clear that Lisa wanted me to be 100% satisfied with my purchase and didn’t make me feel like I was imposing on her. I brought my car in today to get body side moldings installed. The person who dealt with me was Wes George. I showed Wes a picture I downloaded from the Internet because I wanted to make sure the moldings weren't placed too low on the car. Wes listened to my concerns and told me the car would be ready in 90 minutes. About an hour later, he asked me to accompany him to the service area to make sure I'd be satisfied with the final placement of the moldings. I'm in my fifties, and no one in a service department has ever shown me this much consideration. If you're in the market for a new car, you should give Fitzgerald's dealerships a close look. A great start to any anxious buyer walking into a showroom. While not necessarily a short process, which I understood from the number of people looking for a deal, it definitely was efficient, professional, and highly satisfying experience, which was due in large part to Chuck and Kevin's efficient handling of my transaction. Not one glitch-from selecting my car, the pricing (no surprises) to putting me in the driver seat. The no-hassle pricing policy is such a great customer service-I could concentrate on getting the car that I wanted and becoming acquainted with the sales process and the car. Chuck was such a pleasure to work with -- from his obvious sales experience, extensive knowledge of the business to the friendly chit-chat - a great member of your sales team. While Kevin wasn't having direct contact with me-I know his support kept the ball rolling and minimized possible road blocks!! In addition to my successful experience, I want to add that the showroom and offices were nicely presented-open-airy yet able to accommodate many customers without a crowded feeling. Last but not least, how heartening to see so many females on the showroom floor - at least 2 were sales personnel!! Having visited other dealers in the past weekend, I can honestly say your dealership stood out-Kudos to Jack Fitzgerald and his management staff. I was on the market for a new 2009 Sienna in October trying to take advantage of Toyota 0% interest finance. Having gotten several quotes from my local Toyota dealers in North Carolina, I did not feel t trying to take advantage of Toyota 0% interest finance. Having gotten several quotes from my local Toyota dealers in North Carolina, I did not feel the quotes were as good as I expected. A friend of mine told me about one of his friends' experience with Fitzgerald Toyota. I then decided to give it a try. I started the process by an internet inquiry. The sales person who responded me was Jon Hulsizer who was very nice and patient to me. He tirelessly answered all my questions and addressed all the concerns I had. I would say the quote was much better than those I got locally though it might not be the best one. The published Fitzgerald non-haggling price is very honest and hassle free. After I told Jon that he had the deal, he quickly prepared all the documents and FedEx'ed to me. I filled everything up and mailed them back without incidents. One thing I particularly like Jon was that I've never felt being pushed to buy any optional services. Once I declined, he would move on. This was a bit unexpected to me. When it came to the day to pick up the van, the whole transaction went very smoothly because everything was done before I even drove up there. I only stayed in the dealership for a little more than a hour including 15 mins waiting for the van to get ready (I arrived earlier than I told Jon). Before he helped with returning my one-way rental car, he carefully showed me around my new Sienna and explained in great details of all features the van offers. I was getting a very good deal and I was (still am) really happy. The story deos not end here. After one of his happy customers left, Jon acted quickly to apply my permanent tag through NC DMV. My new tag along with my registration card came to my mailbox before long. I would definitely buy again from or recommend Jon in the near future. More
