So far my transaction with Fitzgerald Automall Lakeforest has been outstanding. Thomas Barker has been on top of communications and made me feel like I had five star service even though I was buying a used c has been outstanding. I ended up buying a much nicer car than what I initially came in to look at and Thomas was flexible and dependable throughout the transaction. He was even completely understanding when I changed my mind late in my shopping process to purchase the much nicer and more dependable vehicle for just a little bit more money. He offered onsite financing but never pressured me to try their financing since I had a credit union preapproval. I've shopped at other dealers and he definitely was the most attentive without making me feel like he was trying to make a sale. From the moment we first shook hands until now he has shown me honor, honesty and integrity. I'm looking forward to shopping with Thomas again next year when it's time to buy a used car for my younger daughter and will certainly come to Thomas first when I'm ready for a new car for myself. I went to this dealership twice in one month and they were amazing. This was my first time ever purchasing a car so I had a lot of questions. The second time I came back was due to me needing a new vehicle because I totaled my other one. They were just as good to me as they were the first time! I really liked all the people who worked there I did not feel like an inconvenience or anything. They are a great group of workers who are so willing to help in any way possible. I had to jump a few hurdles to get my car, and they were so helpful and patient with each one. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used car! More

I gave the Quality of Work a rating of 5, because, aside from changing the oil and filter, if you don't know what needs to be done or how to do it yourself, you have to trust in the integrity of the service provider to provide the proper service and not create or find something wrong that all of a sudden needs to be repaired now! I gave Price a 4. Only because no one wants to part with their hard-earned money. But, for an oil change, tire rotation, and a replaced belt, the price was bearable and fair. Dealership and Service Dept. will not dissapoint. More

He explained to me about my car's worth, completely baffling me with his sincerity. I came in feeling like I was going to be tricked in someway, and left feeling very self assured. He also was able to shoot the breeze with me about things other than cars, and it felt like I was just having lunch with an old friend. After our conversation, I ended up selling my car to someone else, but I knew I was coming back to buy a car from him. He is young, and I think his youth really gives him a different approach when trying to sell cars. I felt like I was being helped, rather than forced into making a decision. I cannot recommend him enough. More

I couldn’t wait to offer this review after my experience at their Lake Forest Dealership in MD. I bought my first Toyota which happened to be my first time with this dealership. I have never experienced a car buying to be this quick before ever. I am going to stick to these guys for all my future car buying. What I have experienced (I bought at least 5 cars in the last 13 years) in the past at a bunch of dealerships where the actual negotiation takes forever before you get into the even longer finance and after-market offerings where the sales specialist – the sales manager – the general manager all with whom the customer will have a chain of long detailed discussions of convincing each other and making their point – trying to win the argument – and ultimately the best deal. Well, guess what? nothing of that sort here. Yes, the team was there but nothing about haggling, discussions, negotiations, bargains, pressure of buying something, no games, etc. It took us only 5 minutes to call it a deal. And I am a very conservative buyer – would not let go a single dollar if earnable. I had called prior to visiting the dealership and just ‘inquired’ about my car needs. John made an offer, I counter offered on phone (this was the 2nd phone call) I was put to the manager (Dan) and he agreed – just because it was my first time with them, and it was my first Toyota – he said he would like to win my trust and then business. He stuck to his offer when on the 3rd day after enough research, I went to the dealership - the deal was ready for me. Not just that, without my inquiring or asking, the finance guy – Santos, offered me a better financing offer than the Toyota’s offer. This dealership is a ‘no-nonsense’, ‘serious-at-business’ and extremely customer friendly place. Now I remember the Jack Fitzgerald commercial where Jack emphasizes so much on customer experience and hardly anything about selling the car itself(!). Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car. More
