Potential torque convertor issues for 2012 Toyota Camry. Jack was helpful and said if this was the issue, would still be covered under manufacturer's warranty extension. Appreciated him telling me this. Service advisor, Jelyn was helpful and kept me updated with progress and advised it was indeed the issue. Offered a loaner car, if repairs ran over into next day. Was done same day. Tony Destefan checked me out and advised how the torque convertor worked and did it in layman's terms. Everyone I dealt with did an excellent job. I appreciated the dealership honesty, thoroughness and quickness of taking care of my car issues. They listened and validated exactly what I came in for. I would recommend their service to anyone. More

Great customer service! Tony epitomizes what customer service should be. I have dealt with him twice concerning a drivability issue with my Nissan Titan. The first time he wasn’t able to get the problem resolved but was still very helpful with some advise and didn’t just dismiss me like the dealer I bought the truck from. I felt like he actually cared about the issue I was having, which sadly is hard to find these days. Recently I did bring the truck back in and the problem has been resolved. My wife is looking to buy an Altima in the near future and because of Tony we will be coming to Fitzgerald’s. More
Honesty I really appreciate the honesty from the service department. I purchased my car here about 1 year ago and get my oil changed here every 5000 miles. I I really appreciate the honesty from the service department. I purchased my car here about 1 year ago and get my oil changed here every 5000 miles. I have a one way 90 minute commute to work so I need to have a reliable vehicle. Even when I'm concerned about the brakes needing changed the service department is totally honest and Nick never tries to just sell me some new parts. He always gives me his honest opinion on what he would do with the vehicle. That way I'm not putting out any unnecessary money. It is nice to have a great honest business here at FITZ in Chambersburg. More
Do not purchase extended warranty I just thought that you would like to know that due to the action, or lack there of, by Ed McCurry and the management at Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Chamb I just thought that you would like to know that due to the action, or lack there of, by Ed McCurry and the management at Fitzgerald Auto Mall in Chambersburg, PA, I will no be doing business with them. I used to sing the praises of the customer service at FitzMall, however it appears they have lost sight of this somehow. Instead of continued arguing over a very simple warranty fix, that should have been covered under my "bumper to bumper warranty" and/or my " paint protection warranty" each of which I spent my hard earned money on, I was instead left without so much as a courtesy call from the manger at the Chambersburg store... even after complaining to corporate Ftizgerald about the issue, I never heard a peep. So I have traded in my problematic vehicle and am now driving a brand new 2018 Pathfinder from Hamilton Nissan. It was great working with Adam Seidel and all of the staff at Hamilton and it was reassuring to know that I am now dealing with a business that stands behind their word. And just so that we are clear, I paid for an extended bumper to bumper warranty, that I was told covered me up to 100k mile or thru 2020, plus interior and exterior protection. I wound up with several issues and had to argue every step of the way to get the problems resolved. For instance all of the rings that hold the 12 volt plugs in place dry rotted and broke. I had exposed 12 volt wires and was told that this is a cosmetic issue and not covered? The clips are $8.00. I also had a paint issue on the top of the right front finder well. The paint had started to bubble and eventually there was exposure of metal, all the way down thru the primer and the area was starting to rust. Ed McCurry insisted that it was impact damage even tho there was no dents associated with the area of rust and the problem started to grow and expand and even after Ed McCurry had me take the 2013 Pathfinder with less than 70K mile, over to a paint an body shop that was not affiliated with Fitzgerald auto mall and they told him that it was not impact damage. Ed McCurry did try to send the issue over to Nissan and was told it was not a factory paint issue either. To this day Ed McCurry insists that it is impact damage to keep from having to warranty the issue. In the end the problem worsened so I went to another dealership and traded it in. You have to ask yourself tho, is a dealership that takes over 2K in warranty money from you and fights you over an 8.00 piece of plastic worth wasting you time and money on in the first place??? Now to start looking at cars for the newly licensed children in my home... and I have 4 that will eventually be in need of a car.... most definitely your loss Fitzgerald... you really need to get back to what makes your business thrive... the customer and standing behind your promises. More

Last week he went into details, explain the complications beyond state inspection and helped me to schedule forthcoming work my car may need. It was quite an expensive set of repairs to fix a list of issues with a used car. Which is why having someone you can trust is crucial to make the best decisions when you have to prioritize your list of repairs. Reis has been always serious, caring, willing and kind to respond my questions and clarify my doubts about the work done on my car. He has done it every time I go to this place but this time he was exceptional and I feel compelled to recognize his work, his professionalism and kindness. Service provided for recall I took my 4-Runner to Fitzgerald Toyota of Chambersburg after receiving a recall letter from Toyota. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was I took my 4-Runner to Fitzgerald Toyota of Chambersburg after receiving a recall letter from Toyota. When I called to schedule the appointment, I was told that there were actually 2 recalls ( I was only aware of one). I bought this Toyota privately and this was my first visit to Fitzgerald. Every contact I had with them, from the first phone call to pick-up after service, was very professional and helpful. When the advisor/mechanic had a question about an after-manufactured part, he promptly called me to ask a question before providing the service or making any changes. When I went to pick-up my vehicle (at very convenient hours), an employee held the door for me. The check-out line was busy, so an employee came up to ask me how he could help to make the process easier. Upon check-out, the cashier had me sign the receipt and my vehicle was promptly delivered to the front door. This type of fast, courteous and professional service is truly appreciated and will cause me to return to this dealership for service and when I'm considering purchasing another vehicle in the future. More
