I recently had my vehicle here for service, Noah was the service advisor and it should be noted that aside from some communication issues he did a good job. I dropped my car off on April 24 with details of service advisor and it should be noted that aside from some communication issues he did a good job. I dropped my car off on April 24 with details of the problem I was having, the car was picked up on April 28. Within a few hours I was back at the dealership having the same issue I had when I dropped it off. Was then told (after several days) that the technician could not feel/see a problem, so I took him for a ride and explained what was happening. I was then told that the power steering pump was cracked, so that was replaced. I picked the car up for the 2nd time on 5/12. Within a few hours I was calling to tell them the car still wasn't right. Dropped the car off to them again on 5/15, was told on 5/16 that the car was thoroughly looked over and there were no issues. So, I took this "foreman" for a ride. Incident happened twice while he was with me in the car (steering wheel pulls to the right when coming to a stop). He basically just laughed and told me not to take my hand off the wheel, ok...but if I do the steering wheel should not turn. When returning back to the service department he suggested I speak with someone else. As I explained to him, my car was there for 3 weeks at this point, if I have not spoken to who I need to speak with by now then I don't see the point in speaking to them now. I am extremely frustrated. After 3 weeks only part of my cars issues are fixed and I have them telling me there is nothing wrong with the car. Instead, the appropriate thing to do would be to help me find a solution. I'm not even sure what to do at this point considering there is no other Nissan dealer in the immediate area. More

My issue is withe service, not sales.On 7/19/21 I had My issue is withe service, not sales. On 7/19/21 I had new struts put on my car. On 8/3/21 I returned because of a clunking noise. Service tech said he or she could not duplicate the noise. I told service advisor, Jelyn that I heard it and it worried me. On 11/3/21 I took my car in for scheduled maintenance and told Erik about the clunking noise. He said he'd have it checked again. Two and a half hours later I was told one of the struts was defective and the'd have to order a new one. Approximately 2 days later they called and I took the car back again. I had to wait another 3 hours. My round trip mileage is 56 miles. It cost me added mileage to my car plus gas money and my time. I didn't even get an apology until I complained to Wes. He offered me an apology and to give me free maintenance on my next visit. I told Wes I have the Lifetime Buyer Protection Plan with free tire rotation because I purchased my tires from Fitzgerald's and that I wasn't looking for monetary compensation. I'm not sure it has been corrected because I'm still hearing a clunking noise. I have taken excellent care of my car and should be taken seriously ( this wouldn't happen to a man) when I have a complaint. I have been putting a lot of money in this car because of outrageous labor charges. I guess I have rattled on enough. Not a happy customer with Fitzgerald's srevices. More

Although the repair(s) took longer than expected, I'm please with the outcome. Eric went to bat several times for me with my aftermarket warranty company. Eric and the technician obviously didn't want to please with the outcome. Eric went to bat several times for me with my aftermarket warranty company. Eric and the technician obviously didn't want to return my truck to me until it was "RIGHT". Job well done and much appreciated. PS. My truck is a pleasure to drive again. More
