My husband and I have purchased many cars and never ever been treated so well from start to finish. The minute we drove into the lot we were treated with respect. Shortly after arriving in the parking lot there was Brian asking if he could help us. We were looking for a used Nissan Frontier/4 X 4, etc. I was amazed at how many Nissan trucks in great shape to pick from. Brian went to pick up some keys so we could drive 3 out of the 5; which I thought was great so we didn't have to wait for him to go back and forth inside to get other keys. My husband picked out a truck to test drive and decided he loved it. Once inside we were offered drinks and even pop corn. Pop corn is a fantastic thing to give children to occupy them while the parents are signing papers etc. It did not take long after that to get all the paperwork taken care of. Then Brian walked us over to Derek for the financial end. Derek was great to work with. Very cordial and also treated us with respect. Everyone we had come into contact at your dealership were extremely friendly. The funny part, which wasn't at the time, we had just left a dealership up the road from yours. We were already to sign the papers for a Nissan/Frontier 4x4 but were kept waiting one hour after we had told them we would be there at precisely 5:00 p.m. My husband talked to the sales manager that we had been waiting an hour and the sales manager then told my husband that you kept us waiting an hour last night! It took my husband longer to get home that night from VA where he works then the trafic was bad on Rt 30. Needless to say, this did not set well with us. Many other disrespectful'words' were said from the sales manager and we then told them we will NOT be buying the truck! I had previously ordered a Prius from a local dealer where I live and the had quoted me the MSRP with no exceptions. I walked in and talked with Brad Newman and right off the bat they gave me a better price and the color that I wanted without hesitation. That just reminded me of why I had been a customer of Fitzgerald for 20 years now. This is my 6th vehicle I have bought from the auto group, it was so relaxed and easy going with no pressure. The other dealership I was at had a great sales person but the sales manager was the "typical car salesman". He hid in a room and when I tried to talk with him he only made a brief comment and went back to his room. But not at Fitzgerald, John Hammond was very open with me showed me some things about the current availability of the Prius, due to the tragedy in Japan. John was great and easy to talk to and very accessible which is hard to find at some car dealers. Also Eric Hammond in finance was also very easy to talk too and I got the straight answers. Everyone at the dealership made me feel at home again and realized exactly why I have been coming back to Fitzgerald for so many years and will continue in the future. I want to say that the reason I didn't go to them in the first place is that I had moved away from the area and they are 40 miles away now. But I happened to be in the area and stopped by and it's the best decision I made. I want to say that if you go to them you won't be disappointed, this is the best group of people to deal with that I have ever met. Trust me I have been to allot of dealerships, my Father trades every 1 1/2 years and lives down south, I've been with him on numerous deals and we go from dealership to dealership. Thanks Guy! All of you! And for all those reading this please give these guys a shot, I don't think you will be disappointed and thank you Jack Fitzgerald for being the type of dealership people can trust! More

Mike was awesome, he and the business manager worked their magic to get a deal that worked for us. When Mike brought around the car for me to test drive, he went out of his way to make sure my favorite their magic to get a deal that worked for us. It was a small gesture, but it went a long way since he went out of his way and remembered that I like the station. The dealership made sure the car was clean and ready for me to drive home. Mike even sat in the car and had a laugh with me while setting up the bluetooth controls in the car. Good times More

Fitzgerald is very lucky to have him on their team! Our salesman, Brian Robinson, went the EXTRA mile to make sure that everything was handled properly and we are grateful to him for that. My Wife and i decided to get a new car and looked at prices at both Fitzgerald and at another dealer that my wife had purchased a car prior to this sale. The prices at the other dealer were as much as prices at both Fitzgerald and at another dealer that my wife had purchased a car prior to this sale. I had an '02 Buick Rendezvous (which I traded in) that blew a head gasket so I was in desperate need of a new car. I shopped around Chambersburg a little bit, and the last place I looked was at Fitzgerald blew a head gasket so I was in desperate need of a new car. He showed me a 2007 Pontiac G6 that was in the shop being worked on because it was just traded in. I fell in love with the car. The next day I drove back up to Chambersburg and test drove it with my friend. I loved it even more! Even though I knew I was getting the '07 G6, I looked on fitzmall.com to search their inventory. The site was extremely easy to navigate. Marty did everything he could to make this sale go smoothly. He was very dedicated. I kept in contact with him throughout the week via email and phone calls. When I found a co-signer for my loan, Marty submitted the credit application and we were up there the following morning to sign paperwork! While we were waiting for Derek Mann to get all of the papers ready, Marty gave me a tour and introduced me to the employees that I would need to talk to if I ever encountered a problem. It took about 20 minutes to sign the papers and I was out the door in my G6! Derek was very thorough in explaining the different papers I had to sign. This was my first dealership experience and I must say, it was wonderful! Their customer service is amazing! Thank you for everything!! More
