Mr. Gaither was patient with my son and made him feel appreciate. We brought his mother back a couple days later to test drive the vehicle again. Mr. Gaither showed us several used vehicles and some new vehicles. He showed my son that he could have a new vehicle for just a couple thousand more than he would be paying for the used vehicle. Mr. Gaither was very patient with my son and treated him like an adult even though he is young. Mr. Gaither is the reason my son was able to purchase his first new vehicle. The finance manager, Eric Sheffer, made us feel very relaxed. He dealt with us on a personal level and didn't make it just a business transaction. We were getting ready to go on a family vacation and would be able to complete the purchase transaction for a week. Mr. Sheffer worked everything out and had all of the paperwork completed for our return. This made the transaction very smooth. His willingness to delay the purchase transaction was very appreciated. He also made the transaction seamless by matching the APR of the bank where my son was pre-approved.
