My sales representative, Pat Lindsay, was extremely friendly and approachable. He went the extra mile (literally) to give me a crash course in operating a 6-speed transmission for the first time. He was very personable. He was also very trusting (in letting me drive back to the dealership while he was in the car). Jelyn Waltz was very kind and not overly pushy when discussing the accessories for my new car. She was able to answer my questions and is willing to follow up with me in the future. My interactions with Eric Sheffer are also very worthy of a good review. He was quick and efficient all-the-while being sure to discuss the financial issues on a level in which I could understand. He, too, was very personable and easy to talk to. The dealership left a lasting impression on me as one in which has a great balance of professionalism and friendliness. My husband and I can't say enough about about our "salesman", Daniel Gaither! I put that in quotes because Daniel never presented himself as a "salesman" to us, or at least not in the often derogator "salesman", Daniel Gaither! Often very skeptical of car salesman, it didn't take but a few minutes of talking to Daniel and you can tell he is a very honest and genuine person. He put us so much at ease that I know we would come back to this dealership in the future, not as much because we are diehard Toyota Nissan fans, but because dealing with a person with honesty and integrity IS important to us! We also know from prior experience that Eric Herzog feels the same way we do about the importance of honesty and that experience is what brought us back to Fitzgerald to look for a vehicle this time... although we did go to several other dealerships and spoke to several other salesman at those dealerships before deciding on purchasing a vehicle this time, our experience with Daniel solidified our decision to buy from Fitzgerald.
