Our entire Fitzway philosophy is grounded in providing the absolute best customer experience possible. We are transparent in our policies, pricing, and our salespeople are paid based on customer satisfaction (not the gross profit in a vehicle). Everything we do is with the customer's best interest in mind. With that said, we would never run anyone's credit without their approval. We provided you with a ballpark monthly payment using an average interest rate. You requested to know the best rate that you would qualify for. We explained to you that the only way for us to find that out, is to submit it to the banks. They determine your interest rate, not Fitzgerald Auto Mall. (I am sure you are aware of this as an employee of a Credit Union) So to move forward, you filled out and signed a credit application, giving us your legal authorization to run your credit. We were not made aware that you did not want us to pull your credit, until you called us several days later stating that we "could fix this" by giving you $4500 more your trade than what it was appraised for. Although we welcome online reviews, we are disappointed that you have undertaken a negative review campaign against us that does not accurately reflect your experience.
