I came in to Fitzgerald concerned with the upside down payments that my mother would have after trading in a vehicle and I left stress free and satisf I came in to Fitzgerald concerned with the upside down payments that my mother would have after trading in a vehicle and I left stress free and satisfied. He helped to role the numbers over to a new loan with Nissan, for an 2014 Nissan Versa Sedan, and my mother got a smaller, newer car, for less money a month than she was paying each month on her used 2011 Nissan Altima, and perks of having a newer car. She felt the Nissan Altima was too much car for her at the pump and we were not sure if Fitzgerald could help us since we were upside down and he pulled through, even though the Altima was bought from Fitzgerald. We tried every car lot we could think of to help us and to no avail, until I went back in to Fitzgerald. I would recommend this dealership for anyone and I am pleased with Pablo's kindness, care and concern he has for each of his customers. He was there each step of the way and eager to help. Pablo is very considerate and if you are seeking a new car, used car or any car go to Pablo and he can help you to get the vehicle you are looking for, no matter your situation, he will try and help you out. When i returned for the second visit i asked to see him again. I appreciated the polite respectful way he patiently answered all my questions. My new toyota is still running on that first tank of gas, but soon I'll be returning to Fitzgerald's for further instructions on connecting my phone, and when I do I'll be asking to see Daniel!!!
