Our family was looking for a newer car and we called Fitzgerald Auto Mall about what kind of car we were looking for and what the prices would be. Our car had high mileage we wanted to get a new car.Whe Fitzgerald Auto Mall about what kind of car we were looking for and what the prices would be. Our car had high mileage we wanted to get a new car.When we called they were very nice and curtious on the phone. Pablo called us back to have us come down and test drive the car that we were interested in. We test drove two Nissan Frontiers. We picked the one that we wanted then Pablo proceeded to work on checking our credit. He then turned us over to Jeyln who explained the accessory package to us. we were hesitant on getting extras but she explained to us that we could add it into the price of the car. She also looked at helping us by saving us money because there was a package deal that had more then we wanted but the package price with the extra items turned out to be less money so we went with that package. she then took us to see the tonoe cover that we picked so we would have an itdea of what it looked like. She was very pleasant to deal with she was not pushy and we liked that. she then took us to Eric who worked with us on the final purchase of our new car. he explained all the extras we could get and explained the cost for it. he made our experience of buying a new car pleasurable. he sparked up conversation with our daughter which we thought was awesome. After being approved Eric turned us back to Pablo, who then took us back out to the car and explained the different features of the car, he even went as far as setting up our blue tooth's to the car. what an awesome experience. Due to the wonderful help and service we already are telling our family and friends all about your company. We would refer your company to everyone we know. More
I have been to dozens of auto dealers in this area of the past 20 years. Things I personally hate at used-car dealerships: 1. Overbearing sales people 2. Price bartering 3. False advertised vehicl past 20 years. Things I personally hate at used-car dealerships: 1. Overbearing sales people 2. Price bartering 3. False advertised vehicles, website shows a beautiful drivers side picture, no mention of damage, when you take the time to arrive at the dealership the passenger side is horrible. About 3 years ago, luck would have it that multiple vehicles I was interested in on-line were at Fitzgeral Auto Mall in Chambersburg, PA. The sales person left me alone after I informed him that I was "just looking." The multiple vehicles that I was there to look at were all in better condition than I had expected. Once I found the vehicle that I wanted, the salesman was extremely helpful, open and honest about any conditions, did not try and talk me into a more expensive vehicle, and had me driving away before they closed. For months after my purchase, I could not help but notice every similar vehicle at other dealerships that I drove by, and never noticed a single one that appeared to be a better deal that what I had received (wish I could say the same about the house that I purchased a year and a half ago :). About a month ago I began shopping for a third vehicle. I scoured dozens of dealer web-sites and visited about half a dozen dealerships in person. I remembered my experience at Fitzgerald, but did not want to limit myself, thinking maybe...there were other great places as well. Although there may be other great dealerships in the area, everyone that I visited had at least one of the items that I hated. Some specifics I encountered: 1. I ask a sales person about the condition of a vehicle. They counter with "are you planning on financing..." They obviously were not interested in helping me find the vehicle I was interested in, just trying to project the maximum they can try and sell me up. 2. Vehicles priced thousands above their Kelley Blue Book values. 3. Vehicles with dents, bumpers falling off, etc... all not viewable from their web-site pictures. I would probably have more horror stories concerning the sales people, but I try to do my "stop and look" on Sundays when all the dealerships are closed. Apparently a lot of others are in the same boat as me as some of the dealers I went to during the week were busier on Sunday when I was there. I saved Fitzgerald for last in my search and arrived there at about 4:00pm yesterday. I had a few vehicles on my list, but as with 3 years ago, the first vehicle I looked at was in better condition than I expected. All the people involved in the sale were great. I was complete with the test drive, the sale, the vehicle was cleaned and fueled, all within 2 hours. Although I have had little time with the vehicle at this point, I plan to have my mechanic look at it and take it out for a true long test drive, it's a 4WD vehicle so not something that can be done with the "dealership test drive." With the Fitzgerald 5-day 250-mile guarantee, I do not have to stress and try to make a multi-year decision on just a couple of mile test-drive. I am fairly confident that this vehicle will pass my mechanics inspection with flying colors, as did the last vehicle I purchased from Fitzgerald. Just wanted to write this review before I forget. At this point, 2 vehicles purchased from Fitzgerald, a great experience both times. More

As of yesterday, I am the proud owner of a beautiful 2014 Camry SE Sport. This is the third car that I've purchased from Fitzgerald Toyota in Chambersburg, and there are many reasons why I'll continue to buy Camry SE Sport. First, the hassle free environment provides a less stressful and more enjoyable buying experience. Secondly, the level of knowledge and professionalism of my sales representative, Mike Bockstie, was top notch. Mike went the distance in order to get the color of Camry that I wanted and worked with me in order to have it delivered on a day that best suited my busy schedule. Mike was also very hospitable during the process, bringing me cold beverages and snacks between the sales and finance phases. Next, the finance manager, Eric Herzog, guided me through the finance portion with great attention to detail. Eric addressed all of my questions about the service plans and loan with precision and displayed utmost concern for my financial well-being. As a member of the Naval Reserve, Eric ensured that I received an additional rebate through his extensive "leg work" and working with corporate Toyota reps. Before leaving the dealership, Mike went over all of the options and specs with me for a second time to ensure that I had a safe and comfortable drive home. Now, I'm looking forward to getting some extra accessories installed that was offered by Jelyn Waltz, a valuable asset to the sales team. We went up to just look at the 2013 Camry's that were left and ended up driving one home due to the exceptional service we received from Mike, A.J. and Eric. Truly a team effort allowed us to have a great experience even with totting our 1 year old grandson along with us. All our questions were taken seriously and answered. Finance for us was taken care of so fast, my husband had no idea we would be able to drive off with it that day. Mike is a stellar representative for the dealership and having dealt with him before, we were not disappointed and have recommended him and therefore, the dealership to others. We knew Eric from his days in sales and helping Mike in the past. He is so professional and at ease in his job in finance that I think that job is tailor made for him. He expedited matters for us quickly and explained our options for optional/beneficial coverage which we purchased. I know we will receive excellent service on our new car when we need it at the service center. More
Please do not go to this dealer if you have to finance through them. They told me multiple times they would not pull my credit and a few days later I started getting letters from banks about the loan I ap through them.
