I visited and purchased my first vehicle at a dealership in 1984, since then I have purchased more than my share of vehicles. Since my retirement from the military I have purchased 3 vehicles from Fitzgeral and my wife and I couldn't ask for better service from the sales representatives and other staff members. We don't buy a new car every chance we get, we run our vehicles to the grave. We have a Rav4 with nearly 300 thousand miles (wife's work car that she refuses to give up), we have a 2003 Pick-up that only comes out of the garage to work, my wife's new Rav4 that only comes out on occasion, and a new Nissan Altima that we purchased for my work vehicle (thanks to deer(s) totaling my Corolla). We purchased the Rav4, Corolla and Nissan all from Fitzgerald. I challenge anyone to find a dealership that better prices, better selection and better staff. I continue to be amazed just how simple Fitzgerald makes the car buying experience. I took my daughter (she just wanted to get out of the house) and grandchildren with me a few days ago to pick out a vehicle. The Fitzgerald sales representative, James Verdier couldn't have been anymore helpful. When I was test driving vehicles, James helped me and my daughter move car seats and kids to the next vehicle. While I was filling out papers, James kept the kids entertained by getting them toys, colors and coloring books. When my wife showed up after work, James noticed that she had just came from the car wash, so he went outside and cleaned her tires ... "who does that?" My wife looked at the car I had chosen (final approval) and was delighted, however, she was absolutely shocked when she saw the price. We had been looking and pricing vehicles over the tri-state area knowing that Fitzgerald would be WELL below all others. If you are looking at purchasing your next vehicle, I guarantee you will not be disappointed in Fitzgerald. I will go back again and again and also recommend to anyone, USE FITZGERALD !!!! More

My sales person Jeremy Brown was awesome! I was coming from 2 hours away and he made sure everything went smooth for me. Becky Carr handled the paperwork and really gave me excellent service and made the usually ugly paperwork process a terrific experience.
