Great Buying Experience Buying From Michael Scholl! I had a great experience with my recent purchase of a 2015 Nissan Rogue from Fitzgerald with my salesperson Michael Scholl. I test drove 2 vehicles an I had a great experience with my recent purchase of a 2015 Nissan Rogue from Fitzgerald with my salesperson Michael Scholl. I test drove 2 vehicles and he was extremely knowledgeable of the features on both vehicles, did a walk around of both the exteriors and interiors of the vehicles prior to the test drive, and was quick to answer questions my father and I had. During the test drive he made sure I felt comfortable driving the vehicle, and genuinely cared that I selected a vehicle that I liked and felt comfortable driving; he was not pushy at all. He also made the buying process very comfortable by presenting different plans I could buy for the vehicle like an extended warranty, buyer protection plan, etc. and was clear and up front about how much they would add to the cost of the vehicle. I am very happy with my Rogue, and for anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle at Fitzgerald in Chambersburg I would highly recommend asking for Michael Scholl. More

Good experience the whole way around. I had seen the Truck I purchased online earlier in the day. I must say that my wife and I had been wanting to buy a Used truck but we were trying to h I had seen the Truck I purchased online earlier in the day. I must say that my wife and I had been wanting to buy a Used truck but we were trying to hold off for a couple of months more. I mentioned that Fitzgerald had this truck and it was set up about the way we wanted. It also helped that the price was one of the best I had seen in our area for quite some time. We decided to just stop in and take a peek at it but hoped that we could sneak in and out without actually talking to someone. Wrong guess, guess again. Within just a minute here comes a salesman. Now I personally sold new and used cars and trucks at another local dealership so I am probably not the best customer. Mike came out and greeted us and I found him to be very likable from the start. We talked about the truck I was looking at and to his credit he did offer me the information about the New inventory on the lot that could end up being available for a somewhat similar value. I informed him then that I had sold Ford trucks and thank you but This F-150 is what I'm looking for and explained the reasons to him. After the test drive we came back into the dealership and I let him and Joel know that I wanted to just see the best deal and what my additional terms were and we would go from there. Needless to say the no haggle price makes life easier and we agreed to terms. Eric in the finance office had everything ready and got us in and out very quickly. I have to say that I was a salesman, then a sales manager, then a finance manager when I was in the car business and the process here at Fitzgerald in Chambersburg was very quick and for that I will gladly come back again when I need another vehicle. we were in and out in about 2 hours.
