Dear Customer, I apologize again as I did in person this morning when addressing your headlight concern. I have spoken with and counseled the service advisor involved with your service and can assure you we won’t make the same mistake twice. I hope you can see by my actions this morning that Fitzgerald is concerned with our customer’s experience. We replaced the bulb and reinstalled the wire clip on the headlight assembly for you all at no cost in an attempt to show you our goodwill and apologize for any actions that made you upset with our service. I may be reached if you have any other concerns or questions. While I can appreciate that you were upset, and you chose to post after I thought we had reached an amicable resolution, I do want you and those who read this that it is very rare for us to receive anything but compliments on your advisor.
