I was debating between two service pkgs originally, and Josh patiently explained the major difference between two pkgs, identified the short-term and long-term service need for the car, and suggested the crucial service items for the time being. In addition, he also managed to apply coupons to help me save the cost wherever possible. I followed his recommendation. We also discussed some other service items that the car might need, and I plan to come back to this service center again soon and have the service been taken care of by Josh. Thank you, Josh! More
Above and beyond customer service I am a long time Subaru owner who brought my car in for service. Found out I needed a major repair and my car was no longer under warranty by less th I am a long time Subaru owner who brought my car in for service. Found out I needed a major repair and my car was no longer under warranty by less than 500 miles. The service department recognized my loyalty through my regular servicing and ate the cost of my$2600 repair. They treated this repair as if it was still under warranty. Although I've always been satisfied with the service here- I've never thought to write a review. My current experience requires acknowledgement. This is customer service and support! They took care of the recall immediately and were very curtious. They are reviewing their procedures to ensure no future scheduling issues. This is part of the ISO closed loop process. Disrespectful Service Employees I came in for a headlight service. They lost the $15 bulb I provided. They wanted to charge me $40 to replace it. Then they wanted to charge $80 to pu I came in for a headlight service. They lost the $15 bulb I provided. They wanted to charge me $40 to replace it. Then they wanted to charge $80 to put in the bracket to hold the light fixture in place. When I didn't agree to it Josh Krumpach told me my keys were in the car and to have a nice day. The service here is outrageously over priced. The service provider attitude was very disrespectful. He treated me like trash. And when keeping respectful and asking for a manager, he stated he did all he could do. His customer service was a disgrace. I have never been treated like an animal especially in a place I purchased my vehicle. I will never come here again. More

I have been purchasing cars from Fitzgerald of Gaithersburg for over 15 years now. What keeps me coming back is the fact that when I pull up in the service lane they know me by name and I know th Gaithersburg for over 15 years now. What keeps me coming back is the fact that when I pull up in the service lane they know me by name and I know them. There always very professional, kind and seen to know what they’re talking about. Tony the services manager runs a great shop Josh, Megan, Justin, Dennis, Allen, Jeff and John they are great they do what they say they are going to do and call when they say they’re going to call. Even the few times I have had to have so major repairs they took the time to explain it to me even having Chris the Shop manager come out to talk to me so I would understand just what is being done to my car. They really go the extra mile to make sure their customers are taken care of and understand what is being done. Then there is Brandon in the service lane that greats you with a smile. They all are great they take the time to listen to you and whatever the problem may be. There just great. As for purchasing cars the sales team is great also Kohn has sold me my last 4 cars he is very easy going no pressed sense to sell makes it easy to take your time, Spencer always is fear with my trade in, Danny and Chip always seen to smile and even now me by man. Even onetime within 6 months of purchasing one Car I just did not like the car it was a great car I just did not like it and they made sure I was very happy when I let with my new car (even taking one car off the show room floor for me to test drive) It just so happen that is the one I bought. Thank You, They always take very good care of me through the trade in and purchase. Even when you call Mary and Tammy are always very pleasant. Just dropped in on a Saturday for routine service. There were alot of people ahead of me, but Joshua, the service rep made it clear that they were moving things as quickly as possible. My wait was not too were alot of people ahead of me, but Joshua, the service rep made it clear that they were moving things as quickly as possible. My wait was not too long. Even though I did not have a coupon, I got a discount on the service. Joshua explained what additional work I needed done and noted that this information was on the bill, as it was. I was quite pleased with the attention, the respect, and the work. I've been taking my car to this Dealer for the past 18 months and have been quite happy with the work and the staff. More
