Our salesperson, Bill was extremely helpful in our decision making process. We were considering a number of manufacturers and Bill was very knowledgable about giving straight forward comparisions. It was easy to do a test drive and I never felt pressured. On our second visit, we purchased a 2012 Outback Limited. During the delivery process he also helped us sync our phones to the car and explained the navigation features. We also had the opportunity to work with the General Manager Danny Rosenfeld. Danny was able to take care of our special needs and made us feel comfortable with the purchase we had made. Our purchase experience will bring us back to the Fitzgerald Auto Mall for future purchases. I would strongly recommend working with Bill and Danny when purchasing a Subaru. More

I went to Fitzgeralds to buy a replacement for my old Forester, and was very pleased with Maria's help in choosing the new Forester, with no pressure. I then test drove some other makes, but returned to Forester, and was very pleased with Maria's help in choosing the new Forester, with no pressure. John Dutton was an extremely helpful sales representative. He was very knowledgable about the Subaru Impreza. This particular vehicle was not at the dealership; Mr. Dutton had to order for m representative. He was very knowledgable about the Subaru Impreza. This particular vehicle was not at the dealership; Mr. Dutton had to order for me and will be shipped from the Japan manufacture. He told me that it would take 8-10 weeks to be arrived to the United States. Meanwhile, Mr. Dutton kept me posted regarding the status of my Subaru. Surprisingly, it did arrive one week earlier than expected. Mr. Dutton walked me through the entire purchasing process, explained step-by-step what each item meant. I really appreciated his time, energy and effort. Thank you John, great job! More
