He was a pleasure to work with.Since I had bought my current Forrester from the same dealership I felt going back to them. I made an appointment with David to get an appraisal on my current car for trade-in as well check out the color. I had mentioned to David before going in that I was not ready to buy the car at that very moment and I would need about a day or so to think about it. David was nice enough to let me know that I could even lower price through Costco since I was a member. The offer they made to my trade-in was a low ball number, less that what CarMax was offering and I shared it with David. Mr Behdad Fanazad , the Sales Manager came over and showed my what they had found through the inspection. I told him that I knew all the issues and had listed them. He kept asking me if I was going to buy the car then and there and I said "No". He upped the offer by 25% and I told him that it was not good enough. At this point he made the comment, I am paraphrasing it "You can take the car to CarMax, sell i there and you can come back here and buy the car followed by I can do better if you want to buy right now". Best way I can sum up his attitude is to say he was dismissive and disrespectful. This dealership has lost me for good! More
