I have been a customer of Fitzgerald Countryside Subaru since 2017 and have always been very pleased with the service I received. This service department was the only place that serviced my 2017 Forester. since 2017 and have always been very pleased with the service I received. This service department was the only place that serviced my 2017 Forester. My 2023 Forested was purchased from Fitzgerald. The customer service received today was a total disappointment and I asked for my keys back and left without receiving service. My service needs were always handled by Lisa and her team (they were excellent) but today there was some new people working there. The Lady working at the check in position was talking with another customer so I waited my turn. There was another person at another service position who appeared to be reading or looking at her phone. The first lady suddenly looked and me and said, “Can I help you?” I told her I was there for my service appointment she then rolled her eye and nodded head toward the person who was at the other position. When I stepped over there she gave the impression of being annoyed. I did say sorry for my attitude but when I get attitude I give it back. She asked my name and then told pointed to the empty work position next to her and told me that is the service reprehensive I was supposed to see. The attitude from these two ladies was the worst. I did go into the dealership and asked to speak with a manger but was told none was available. After returning home I call in an attempt tp speak with a manger left a voice message but no return call. I do speak with my wallet and will not be doing any future business with Fitzgerald Countryside Subaru and share my experience with friends, family, and acquaintances and encourage then to consider their oppositions. This truly saddens me as I’ve enjoyed working with Lisa, and working on purchasing my vehicles from Sara in this dealership sales department. More

I was in the area and popped into Fitzgerald's Subaru for an alignment on my SUV and my experience was great. My car was in and out in no time. The dealership is making sure that they're COVID aware and doin an alignment on my SUV and my experience was great. My car was in and out in no time. Nice people, but too many mistakes! We brought our Subaru Forester in for the passenger airbag recall service. The counter staff are lovely: friendly, polite, very accommodating. The recall service was completed, and during the 28 point inspection they noted our front brake pads needed replacing, which we knew. The service was completed. I drove home (about 3 miles), and my husband noted burning and black residue on the right front. He called Fitzgerald, and I brought the car back the next morning. After waiting about an hour, the counter rep came and said he needed to speak to the service manager, and he would have info for me soon. He returned, and said the brakes were locking up; they would fix both, and they were replacing the rotors at no charge. Hmmm...no mention of rotor problems on the first visit. So we got a free total brake job. THEN...over the next few weeks, we noticed the center front vent, on the right one, there was no air coming out. We suspected it had not been reconnected after the airbag service. Brought it in and sure enough. Very nice people, but too many mistakes. The brake issue could have been fatal if not caught. Will not be back unless there is another recall. More
Fixing a flat tire. On Sunday, I had a flat tire and had to drive 30 miles with the make-believe tire in flooding rain back to my house. I made an appointment for 9:15 on Monday to fix the flat. It took 2 whole hours!!!!!! Part of the service on Friday was rotating my tires....how come it was not spotted that I had a nail in the tire. Once my warrantee is up, I will not be using Fitzgerald for service. That is totally unacceptable to take that length of time to fix a tire. . More
