First Time At Fitzgerald Subaru I have been looking at a Subaru Outback for some time. I check out other dealers but many seemed to "also sell Subaru's" but rather sell you a XYZ. I first contacted thru email and received internet pricing. The next day I went to the dealer. Carl was quite friendly, and very factual - no xx. When the negotiations began he explained how they came to the decision on my trade in and how the $ figure compared to the other pricing services - Blue book , black Book etc. The price they offered me for my trade in was very fair from the beginning - none of this low ball pricing stuff. All the paper work was completed smoothly and rapidly. This was the best, least stressful auto buying experience I have ever had and will recommend Carl and Fitzgeralds Automall to anyone interested in buying a car. More

I was looking for a new car and after having a great car for 10 years I knew it would be hard to do. I looked at several different cars then decided to try Subaru. When I got to Fitzgerald it was such a ple for 10 years I knew it would be hard to do. I looked at several different cars then decided to try Subaru. When I got to Fitzgerald it was such a pleasure to not have people swarm you and be pushy. After looking around I met Nick Rine. He was so helpful and really very knowledgeable. In a short I had decided on a Forester and it was such a smooth transaction. This was in 2012, I loved the car so much that I have it to my daughter and bought another on the next year. I am sold on Subaru and I do think it is because of the experience I had with Nick and the dealership. Keep up the good work, I am sure I will be back for another one! More

In short, I could not find anything about Andy that was not outstanding. Never have worked with a better sales person in all my experiences.
