7 minutes agoNEW-Edit Horrible Service! !!!!!!!!! I was having issues with my vehicle that this location was unable to resolve. Also, my car was not given back to me in the condition I gave !!!!!!!!! I was having issues with my vehicle that this location was unable to resolve. Also, my car was not given back to me in the condition I gave it to the dealership in do to that I requested a manager and was directed to John Neitzey the service manager who was extremely disrespectful and not welcoming at all. John Neitzey comes off VERY RACIST with his tone and demeanor how he spoke to me was completely unacceptable. I've been to this location a few times and never had any issues until now. John Neitzey made me feel highly uncomfortable like I was not valued as a customer or PERSON. I'm not sure why Fitzgerald Auto would have such a NASTY individual working for them and as a manager at that. I'm writing this review in hopes that it will help Mr. John work on his customer service skills and the way he speaks to others. Being as though I wasn't able to address my issues and concerns with him because he walked off as I was talking. More
Purchased a used car recently. The car had some paint issues but as part of the purchase they agreed to fix them. I dropped the car off a few days after the purchase. They've now had my car for nearly 2 issues but as part of the purchase they agreed to fix them. I dropped the car off a few days after the purchase. They've now had my car for nearly 2 weeks and I have no idea when I'll get it back. I've called each day and every day they say it will be ready the following day. The next day when I call to see if I can pick the car up they say it isn't ready and will be ready the next day. This has gone on 5 days in a row. I was told I would hear from the service manager the last 2 days but no word. Pretty awful service so far outside of actually buying the vehicle. Tong and Leo were great. That said I'm glad I didn't purchase the service package they tried pushing on me when I bought the car. Just awful service department experience so far. More

I had an appt to service my car because of a flat left front tire. Mohammed arranged for my vehicle to be towed to the dealership. It turned out the valve stem on the tire was the real "culprit". Because I saved on having to purchase new front tires, I was able to address some other issues with the vehicle Mohammed had noted. I was so very pleased to have had Mohammed as a service advisor and appreciated his genuine concern and professionalism. More

Making lemonade The 2011 Sonata year was not the best one for Hyundai. Lots of problems. We didn't know that when we bought a new one from Fitzgerald. But we lov The 2011 Sonata year was not the best one for Hyundai. Lots of problems. We didn't know that when we bought a new one from Fitzgerald. But we loved it for most of the time we drove it. But I loaned it to my daughter who was visiting and she drove it to Brooklyn with her family. On the way back the car stopped in Delaware. Had to be towed 112 miles back to Fitzgerald. Needed a new motor. Turned out it was under warranty, and it was replaced at no charge. Then another problem with the steering wheel shaft. It, too, was replaced. And three weeks ago, the car stopped again. This time it needed a transmission. In each of these instances,. as inconvenient and frustrating as they were - Fitzgerald (Rich Sukhram was our service rep and advocate) connected with Hyundai and got the replacement costs covered, Fiitzgerald did the work quickly and we also got a loaner car for some of that time. It is the reason why we are buying another car from Fitzgerald in next month More

During visits where I had to wait no one seems upset about the wait. The Service Reps never make you feel like your being rushed. They take time to listen to your concerns, answer questions and assist in providing workable solutions. Thank you to Donnie and his team for always making me and my family safe with our cars. More
Claudia went above and beyond to make me happy! Claudia understood my frustration at having had three nails in my tires over the last three months. Lester in the service center was awesome and explained everything that was done to my vehicle and even went so far as to put gas in my vehicle after it was serviced. I was fortunate to meet Dottie who treated me like a member of her family and exemplified how important customer service is at Fitzgerald. The professionals at Fitzgerald made my experience one that will make me a lifelong customer. If I could give them six stars, I would. More
