I'm writing to tell the market about my experience with this shop over almost 10 years. I'm a tough customer, I know cars, work on them, I have even raced them. So I am pretty demanding and hold them with this shop over almost 10 years. I'm a tough customer, I know cars, work on them, I have even raced them. So I am pretty demanding and hold them to a high standard. That said I would like to highlight my most recent experience. We have an older Chrysler Town and Country Van that has been serviced at Fitz for most of it's life - we got it at 20k and it now has just over 140k. Recently when a broken radiator hose left my wife stranded and frantic - I told her to call Andy Portillo. Andy took great care and understood our emergency. He did everything necessary to repair the car quickly and economically. Ken Horn went out of his way to make sure my wife was safe and took great care of our car and the whole situation. A really great job! Next, I nicked a curb and damaged my tire and had to have my car towed - an 04 Dodge Durango bought new at Fitz. Andy accepted my car and got me a loaner ( i have a loaner car for life ). The loaner for life program is unique and I can say has saved me countless hours over the last 9 years or so. It is so easy and let's me leave my car and not lose time from work! Anyway, again Andy and Ken ensured I was treated like family - car washed, friendly "hello Mr. Farmer", etc. They are a class act. The kicker is that Andy was able to negotiate a discount and saved me over $200 on the price of 4 new tires! That is going above and beyond and in these days of tight money greatly appreciated. I keep coming back to Fitz, - Andy, Ken and the service manager Larry always take care of me but more importantly they make sure I am happy with the work and the price. That is service! More
My overall experience was great. I leased a 2013 Elantra Limited - the car's milage, size, and overall handling were excellent. What sold me on this dealership was the salesman - Jacob Camacho. He was very friendly, patient with all our questions, and very knowledgeable. He was very helpful in explaining all my financing options and worked very hard to secure the one best suited for us. Since I leased the car, Mr. Camacho has followed-up with calls to us to make sure we are satisfied. This dealership was and is the best one in all my years of buying or leasing cars. Great Job! More

I received a Recall notice for my 2010 Hyundai Elantra and called to make an appointment. After I dropped off the car, I received a phone call from Andy Portillo notifying me that the part had changed pe and called to make an appointment. After I dropped off the car, I received a phone call from Andy Portillo notifying me that the part had changed per Hyundai and that he did not have it. At first, he offered to drop my car off at home which was very convenient. Later, I received another phone call letting me know that he found the part at another dealer and some employees were on there way over to the other dealer to pick up the part (from MD to VA!). The part was replaced and I was able to pick up my car on the same day. Andy made the effort to do all of the above, and called me when everything was finished! The customer service was outstanding on this particular service call. Thank you! More

I was very pleased with my experience at Fitzgerald. I was greeted promptly by Mr. Kenaa and he was able to answer any questions I had about the car. Mr. Kenaa was able to locate the color car I wanted from another dealership and have it shipped to me the next day. When I came to pick the car up, I was greeted by several employees and directed where to go. Mr. Kenaa was retrieving the car when I arrived and several people asked if I needed help and took the initiative to contact him. It was an overall great experience More

We were excited to get a new or used car but of course very leery of how the process would work (ie; sales person being pushy!). We came in to the dealership one Saturday just too look at the cars and che very leery of how the process would work (ie; sales person being pushy!). We came in to the dealership one Saturday just too look at the cars and check them out and Larry Payne was the first person that helped us. Not ONCE did Larry ask us when were were buying. Unlike the next dearlership we went to that asked us 3 times(in that visit!) if we were going to buy that day! Larry was wonderful and so patience with the multiple test drives we did, he was quick on response time in getting us information we needed, and just a nice genuine person to work with! WE LOVE our 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe! We even got leather AND a sunroof put in because the price was right! And it looks great! Thank you, Larry for all your help! And thank you for making the experience so special with zero pressure! Driving from Bethesda to Arlington everyday for work will be more fun! Now, if only the traffic would disappear! More
Wow what an awsome experince at Fitzgerald, they were all friendly very customer service oriented. Feleke was my sales person and i love the way he handled me as a customer because i came on a bit hard cuz i friendly very customer service oriented. He was very knowlegeable in the car which i bought at the end of the deal. Feleke is a great sales agent, he was very friendly, not a pushy sales person which an A+ for me. He kept his word on finding me the car i wanted, he made me feel very comfortable on the sale. The team at Fitz is excellent and my next car will be bought through them again.
