Wonderful experience I could not have been more pleased with my experience buying a Sonata at Fitzgerald Hyundai. The staff there is top-notch, especially Ben Samtani. Ben took us on a very thorough test drive, going over all the options, features of the car, etc. I visited a few other places and test drove other cars, but I decided the Sonata was the one. I asked Ben for a price over e-mail, and when I got to the dealership, it was the same price, no junk fee add ons or typical car dealer trickery! Ben went out of his way to find the exact car I was looking for with the options I wanted (at a very competitive price.) Jeff gave me a great deal on my trade in. They even got me a lower interest rate than the one my bank had approved me for. Tonya in FI was also very helpful. She went over all the paperwork, answered my questions, and most importantly, got me out of there quickly. :) High marks all around for the crew at Fitzgerald Hyundai! I just bought the car, so it hasn't been serviced yet, but I hope the Service Department is equally awesome. More

The unusual problem actually required the service tech John to come all the way to my house to trouble shoot. John was very professional and took his time to figure out all the possible cause of the problem. The malfunction appears to have been resolved so far and Andy, the service manager called me a few weeks after the repair to follow up with the result. More

How impressive is it when the person who signs you in for service knows enough about cars to diagnose a very tricky problem?! Shop personnel running mechanical checks had not been able to determine the cause of a check engine light. Brian listened to what I said and realized the cause. Brian is a great example of why doctors TALK to patients. Tests only show so much. Listening often gives far more information than any test can show. And when the service rep is knowledgeable enough to make the diagnosis . . . problem solved! Great work, Brian. Alvin Stenzel More

Mr. Camacho and Mr. Hayman took a lot of time to explain dealership policy for pricing and service and lay out many options for vehicle and options purchase. It was great to have a range of choices without dealership policy for pricing and service and lay out many options for vehicle and options purchase. It was great to have a range of choices without being pressured to select the highest-profit combination. I don't have a garage, and I park where I get dinged a lot. Ms Addison explained the options for paint and fabric protection, while Neal in the business office worked out pricing for dent-and-ding repair insurance. Not only did I get a good car but a range of coverages that should protect the operation and appearance of the car for as long as I own it. I have already had my first service experience at the dealership when I dropped the car off for application of exterior sealant and leather protection. Mr. Horn in the service department treated me with the same care as the sales team. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and intend to return for my next car purchase. More
I'm writing to tell the market about my experience with this shop over almost 10 years. I'm a tough customer, I know cars, work on them, I have even raced them. So I am pretty demanding and hold them with this shop over almost 10 years. I'm a tough customer, I know cars, work on them, I have even raced them. So I am pretty demanding and hold them to a high standard. That said I would like to highlight my most recent experience. We have an older Chrysler Town and Country Van that has been serviced at Fitz for most of it's life - we got it at 20k and it now has just over 140k. Recently when a broken radiator hose left my wife stranded and frantic - I told her to call Andy Portillo. Andy took great care and understood our emergency. He did everything necessary to repair the car quickly and economically. Ken Horn went out of his way to make sure my wife was safe and took great care of our car and the whole situation. A really great job! Next, I nicked a curb and damaged my tire and had to have my car towed - an 04 Dodge Durango bought new at Fitz. Andy accepted my car and got me a loaner ( i have a loaner car for life ). The loaner for life program is unique and I can say has saved me countless hours over the last 9 years or so. It is so easy and let's me leave my car and not lose time from work! Anyway, again Andy and Ken ensured I was treated like family - car washed, friendly "hello Mr. Farmer", etc. They are a class act. The kicker is that Andy was able to negotiate a discount and saved me over $200 on the price of 4 new tires! That is going above and beyond and in these days of tight money greatly appreciated. I keep coming back to Fitz, - Andy, Ken and the service manager Larry always take care of me but more importantly they make sure I am happy with the work and the price. That is service! More
