In fact, everyone I met that day was kind, respectable, and gave me a feeling of calm, instead of anxiety. I've been to other dealerships and had negative experiences, feeling very pressured. This was not the case with Fitzgerald Auto. In fact, I've been telling everyone what a great experience it was. My son was with me, and he bought a certified used car about a month before, in Virginia, and he couldn't believe what an easy, non-stressful experience I had, compared to what he went through.
